Abstract

본 발명은 식물병원균에 대하여 우수한 살균활성을 갖는다는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 신규한 3(2H)―푸란온 유도체 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R은 C1∼C2의 알킬, 프로파길 또는 2―클로로알릴기이고, X는 할로겐원자, 메틸, C1∼C2의 알콕시, 시아노, 티오에틸 또는 니트로기이며, Y는 할로겐원자, 메틸 또는 트리플로로메틸기이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 3(2H)―푸란온 유도체.
    상기식에서, R은 C1∼C2의 알킬, 프로파길 또는 2―클로로알릴기이고, X는 할로겐원자, 메틸, C1∼C2의 알콕시, 시아노, 티오에틸 또는 니트로기이며, Y는 할로겐원자, 메틸 또는 트리플로로메틸기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R이 메틸기, X가 메틸기, Y가 염소원자인3 (2H)―푸란온 유도체.
  3. 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는3 (2H)―푸란온 유도체를 유효성분으로 함유하고 여기에 농원예용으로 사용가능한 고체 또는 액체 담체가 혼합되어 이루어진 농원예용 살균제 조성물.
    상기식에서 R, X 및 Y는 상기 제1항에서 정의한 바와같다.
  4. 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 N― 옥시드의 화합물에 염화톨루엔술폰산을 첨가하고 가열한 후 디메틸술폭시드 및 시안화포타슘을 첨가하여 상온에서 반응시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 메틸시아노 피리딘을 제조하고, 염기 존재하에 다음 구조식(Ⅳ) 로 표시되는 히드록시메틸 방향족산 에스테르 화합물과 반응시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅴ) 로 표시되는 아미노 푸란온 화합물을 제조한 다음, 상전이 촉매존재하에서 아미노기에 치환기를 도입시켜 제조하는것을 특징으로 하는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 3(2H)― 푸란온 유도체의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 R, X 및 Y는 상기 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 염기로는 메톡시나트륨을 사용하고 상전이촉매로는 브롬화테트라부틸암모늄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3(2H)― 푸란온 유도체의 제조방법.
