Abstract

본 발명은 식물병원균에 대하여 우수한 살균활성을 갖는 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 옥사지닐아졸 유도체와 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, X는 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 트리플르오르메틸기이며, Y는 이미다졸기 또는 트리아졸기이고, R은 C1∼C4의 알킬기, 한 개의 할로겐 또는 두 개의 클로로가 치환된 페닐기, 트리플르오르메틸 치환된 페닐기, 2-메틸-4-클로로가 치환된 페닐기 또는 3-메톡시-5-클로로가 치환된 페닐기 등이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 옥사지닐아졸 유도체.
    상기 식에서, X는 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 트리플르오르메틸기이며, Y는 이미다졸기 또는 트리아졸기이고, R은 Cl∼C4의 알킬기, 한개의 할로겐 또는 두 개의 클로로가 치환된 페닐기, 트리플르오르메틸 치환된 페닐기, 2-메틸-4-클로로가 치환된 페닐기 또는 3-메톡시-5-클로로가 치환된 페닐기 등이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 X가 트리플르오르메틸기이고, Y가 이미다졸기이며 R이 페닐기인 것.
  3. 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 디브로모아세토페논옥심 유도체를 알릴에테르와 염기존재하에 [4+2]고리화 반응시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 브로모옥사진 유도체를 제조하고, 이어서 염기존재하에 이미다졸 또는 트리아졸과 반응시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 옥사지닐아졸 유도체의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서, X, Y 및 R은 각각 상기 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  4. 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 옥사지닐아졸 유도체 제조에 유용한 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 중간체 화합물.
    상기 식에서, X 및 R은 각각 상기 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  5. 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 옥사지닐아졸 유도체를 유요성분으로 하고 여기에 농원예용으로 사용 가능한 고체담체 또는 액체담체를 혼합하여 이루어진 살균제 조성물.
    상기 식에서 X, Y 및 R은 각각 상기 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
