Abstract
본 발명은 과립상의 껌 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 각 성분들을 배합하는 1차 배합단계 및 과립상의 껌을 성형하기 위한 2차 배합 및 성형단계로 이루어진다. 각 성분들의 배합비 및 배합온도 및 교반조건등이 제공된다. 본 발명은 용해 혼합된 껌을 고형화시켜 파쇄하지 않고 배합물이 굳지 않은 상태에서 형상이 결정되는 방법이 채택되었다.

Claims (4)
- a) 딱딱한 껌베이스를 용기에 직접화력을 가하지 않고 중탕방법으로 용해시키고 ; b) 껌베이스의 용해후 물엿을 투입혼합하고 혼합이 완료되면 구연산, 향로, 색소를 차례로 혼합시키며 ; c) 상기 배합물에 분당을 완전히 흡수되도록 혼합하여 일차 배합단계를 완료하고 ; d) 일차 배합단계를 거친 배합물의 온도를 40-80℃ 정도로 유지시키면서 2차배합 및 성형과정으로 옮겨 믹스에 넣고 교반시키며 ; e) 교반을 계속하면서 분당을 투입하여 배합물을 고형화시켜 과립상의 껌을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 과립상 껌 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일차 배합단계에서 각 성분들의 배합순서, 배합비 및 배합온도가 하기와 같은 과립상의 껌 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이차배합 및 성형단계에서 교반시간 및 회전수, 분당 투입량 및 온도가 하기와 같은 과립상 껌 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형이 완료된 제품의 규격이 KS 표준망체 규격 #2-#60사이인 과립상 껌 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
