Abstract

본 발명은 화섬섬유실(101)을 편환엮음장치(2)에 공급하여 편침으로 역어 블레이드화 하고 이를 가열장치로 보내 열고정시키는 처리공정을 거친후 블레이드의 편환구조를 한코로 풀러내거나 두코를 동시에 당겨 풀어내므로서 외줄 또는 다중의 꼬불꼬불한 형태가 유지되게한 벌키사 제조방법.

Claims (2)

  1. 화섬섬유실(101)을 한가닥 또는 수가닥으로 합사하여 편환엮음장치(2)에 공급하여 편침에 의한 편환 구성으로 블레이드(102)화 시키고 이를 인출하여 가열장치(4)로 투입하여 가열처리하여 열고정시킨 다음 편환코를 한코로 풀어내거나 두코를 동시에당겨 풀어 내므로서 꼬불꼬불한 실이 외줄또는 다중으로 유지되게 만든 벌키사의 제조방법.
  2. 상기 1항에서 편환엮음속도를 분당 200-300mm의 이송속도로 유지케하고 이와 부응되는 속도로 200℃정도의 가열실을 통과하여 열고정시킴을 특징으로하는 1항기재의 벌키사 제조방법.
