Abstract
PURPOSE: To remarkably improve productivity without yarn breakage and inexpensively obtain a wall twist-like yarn by feeding a sheath yarn to a core yarn during false twisting in twisting area under conditions satisfying a specific core-sheath denier ratio and over feed ratio of the sheath yarn and subjecting both yarns to composite false twisting. CONSTITUTION: When a core yarn 1 is fed while controlling tension by a magnet tenser 3 and a sheath yarn 2 is fed the core yarn 1 at perover feed ratio through a feed roller 4 and a feed guide 11 and both yarns are composited immediately before a first heater 5 and subjected to composite false twisting by a false twist spindle 6, both yarns are subjected to false twisting under conditions in which a denier ratio D1 /D2 of yarn of core yarn denier D1 to sheath yarn denier D2 satisfies a relationship of 3-30 and over feed ratio O.F. of the sheath yarn is represented by formula I and false twist coefficient satisfies a relationship represented by formula II (T is a twisting number) and wound around a winder 10 to provide the objective wall twist-like yarn.
