Abstract
본 발명의 전자 장치(22)는 1.27㎜(0.050inch)보다 작은 두께이고 소정 직경의 대체로 둥근 구멍(30)을 구비한 편평한 가요성 절연 기판(28)을 포함한다. 연성의 전도성 피막(32)가 적어도 구멍 둘레의 구역에서 기판 상에 퇴적된다. 대체로 둥근 단자 핀(24)가 전도성 피막과 접촉한 상태로 기판 안의 구멍 내로 삽입된다. 이 핀은 구멍의 직경보다 큰 소정 직경을 갖는다. 핀 직경과 구멍 직경의 차이는 구멍 직경의 대략 5% 내지 50%이다.

Claims (16)
- 두께가 1.27㎜(0.050inch)보다 작고 소정 직경의 대체로 둥근 구멍을 구비한 편평한 가요성 절연기판과, 적어도 상기 구멍의 둘레 구역에서의 기판 상의연성의 전도성 피막과 전도성 피막과 접촉하도록 기판 안의 구멍 내로 삽입되며 구멍 직경보다 큰 소정 직경을 갖는 대체로 둥근 단자 끝을 구비하고, 핀 직경과 구멍 직경의 차이가 구멍 직경의 5% 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판 안의 상기 구멍은 미리 펀칭된 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 폴리아미드 재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 폴리에스테르 재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연성의 전도성 피막은 구리로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연성의 전도성 피막은 주석/납 재료로 도금된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단자 핀은 주석/납 재료로 도금된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연성의 전도성 피막과 상기 단자 핀은 공통된 전도성 도금 재료로 도금된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 도금 재료는 주석/납 합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단자 핀에 도포된 윤활제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연성의 전도성 피막은 전도성의 두꺼운 피막 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 두께가 1.27㎜(0.050inch)보다 작고 소정 직경의 대체로 둥근 구멍을 구비한 편평한 절연 기판과, 적어도 상기 구멍의 둘레 구역의 기판상에 있고 전도성 재료로 도금된 연성의 전도성 피막과, 전도성 피막과 접촉하도록 기판 안의 구멍내로 삽입되고 구멍 직경보다 큰 소정 직경을 가지며 연성의 전도성 피막 상의 도금 재료와 공통인 전도성 도금 재료로 도금된 대체로 둥근 단자 핀과, 적어도 전도성 피막과 접촉하는 구역에서의 단자 핀의 외측면 상의 윤활제를 포함하고, 핀직경과 구멍 직경의 차이가 구멍 직경의 5% 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 도금 재료는 주석/납 합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 연성의 전도성 피막은 구리로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 기판 안의 구멍은 미리 펀칭된 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
