Abstract

본 발명은 알카리-아연 2차전지에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 니켈 산화물 양전극과, 금속아연과 산화아연을 혼합한 음전극 활물질을 이용하여 음전극 이론 방전용량을 양전극 이론 방전용량보다 크게 한 아연 음전극, 및 알카리 전해액으로 구성된 밀폐형 2차전지에서, 표면에 카드뮴 금속층이 형성되어 있는 수소저장 합금 분말을 상기 아연 음전극에 포함시키므로써 장시간에 걸친 전지의 충방전 싸이클동안 전자 내부압력의 상승을 억제하고 또한 고정류충전과 같은 금속 충전시에도 전지내압의 상승을 억제시킬 수 있으므로 급속 충전이 가능하고 싸이클 수평을 개선시킬 수 있는 밀폐형 알카리-아연 2차전지에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an alkali-zinc secondary battery, and more particularly, a zinc negative electrode having a negative electrode theoretical discharge capacity greater than the positive electrode theoretical discharge capacity using a nickel oxide positive electrode and a negative electrode active material mixed with metal zinc and zinc oxide.
