Abstract

본 발명은 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물에 관한 것으로 저융점 플루오르화-기재 터폴리머, 바람직하게는 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 헥사플루오로프로펜과 공중합된 대부분의 비닐리덴 플루오라이드로 이루어진 것을 주재료로 하는 착색 분말 코팅 조성물은 조정가능한 광택 코팅물을 제공할 수 있다. 상기 분말로부터의 코팅 제조공정은 원하는 광택이 얻어질 수 있는 온도의 선택에 의해 특정지어진다. 저광택에서 고광택을 얻을 수 있으며, 그 기계적 성질 또한 우수하다.

Claims (10)

  1. 분말 코팅제에 있어서 : 60 내지 90중량%의 하나 또는 그 이상의 저융점 플루오라인-기재터폴리머와 40 내지 10중량%의 하나 또는 그 이상의 적절한 수지로 이루어진 수지성분; 및 상기 수지성분 100중량부에 대해 1 내지 35중량부의 하나 또는 그 이상의 착색제로 구성되는 조정 가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머는 약 150℃ 이하, 바람직하게는 120℃ 이하, 가장 바람직하게는 100℃ 이하의 용융 온도를 보유하는 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머는, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드(VdF), 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE), 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 비닐플루오라이드, 헥사플루오로프로펜(HFP) 및 CF3-CF2=CF2로부터 선택된 3개의 모노머로 이루어진 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머는 TFE와 HFP를 각각 7.5 내지 16.5중량% 함유하는 65 내지 85중량%의 VdF모노머로 부터 제조되는 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머는 125℃에서 9,000 내지 15,000dPa.s, 바람직하게는 11,000 내지 13,000dPa.s의 용융점도를 보유하는 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 적절한 수지가 열가소성 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트인 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머 대 상기 수지의 중량비가 약 70:30인 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물.
  8. 굽는 온도에 의해 특징 지어지는 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 의한 분말 코팅 생성물로부터의 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물.
  9. 조정가능한 광택 코팅물을 생산하기 위한 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 의한 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물 생성물의 사용방법.
  10. 저광택 코팅물을 생산하기 위한 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 의한 조정가능한 광택을 보유하는 플루오르화 분말 코팅물 생성물의 사용방법.
