Abstract

본 발명은 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제에 관한 것으로 약 160℃이하의 용융온도를 보유하는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 코폴리머가 아연강판용 착색 분말 코팅제를 제조하기 위해 사용된다.
상기 코팅제는 부식에 대한 내성이 있으며 일반적으로 고광택을 나타낸다.

Claims (11)

  1. 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅 생성물로서, 약 160℃이하의 용융온도를 보유하는 60 내지 90중량%의 하나 또는 그 이상의 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 코폴리머와, 40 내지 10중량%의 하나 또는 그 이상의 적절한 수지로 이루어진 수지성분; 및 상기 수지성분 100중량부에 대해 1 내지 35중량부의 하나 또는 그 이상의 착색제로 구성되는 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리머는, 75 내지 95중량%의 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 모노머와 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 헥사플루오로프로펜으로부터 선택된 25 내지 5중량%의 하나 또는 그 이상의 모노모로서 제조되는 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리머는, 150℃이하의 융점을 보유하는 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리머는800MPa 이하, 바람직하게는 600MPa이하의 인장계수를 보유하는 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리머는, 100sec-1과 232℃에서 약 400Pa.s이상, 바람직하게는 100sec-1과 240℃에서는 약 600Pa.s이상이지만 100sec-1과 232℃에서는 약 1000Pa.s이하인 용융 점도를 보유하는 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리머는, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오로프로펜의 코폴리머이고, 1.0이하, 바람직하게는 약 0.9인 다분산도 값 Uz와 1.7이하, 바람직하게는 1.6이하의 다분산도 값 Un을 보유하는 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리머는, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오로프로펜의 코폴리머이고 약 107+68e-0.14x의 용융온도 TM을 보유하는 데 여기에서 x는 Pianca et al.의 방법에 의한 NMR 데이터로부터 계산되는 상기 코폴리머에서의 헥사플루오로프로펜의 중량%인 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 적절한 열가소성 수지가, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트인 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 코폴리머 대 수지의 중량비가, 약 70:30인 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅제.
  10. 아연강판용 착색 분말 코팅 생성물에서 약 160℃이하의 용융온도를 보유하는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 코폴리머의 사용방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 생성물은, 기본적으로 제1항 내지 제9항에 의한 아연강판용 플루오르화 분말 코팅 생성물로 구성되는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 코폴리머의 사용방법.
