Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)화합물의 신규한 합성 방법을 제공한다:
상기식에서, Z는 -(CH2)n-이고; R은 독립적으로, 수소, 할로, C1-C4알킬, 하이드록시, C1-C4알킬, 하이드록시, C1-C4알콕시, 할로알킬, 니트로, NR5R6또는 -NHCO(C1-C4알킬)이고; R1은 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, (CH2)m 아릴, (CH2)m 아릴옥시, 하이드록시, 카복시, -COO(C1-C4알킬), -COO((CH2)m 아릴), -CO(C1-C4알킬), -NR5R6, -(NR5R6)(OR5), -NH((CH2)m 아릴), -NH(CH2)m 피리딜, -CONH((CH2)m 아릴), -CONH(C1-C4알킬), -NHCO(C1-C4알킬), -NHCO((CH2)m 아릴), OCONH(C1-C4알킬), -OCONH(CH2)m 아릴), -NHCOO(알킬), -NHCOO(벤질), -NHSO2(C1-C4알킬), -NHSO2(CH2)m 아릴, -CN, -SH, -S(C1-C4알킬), -S(아릴), -SO2(NR5R6), -SO2(C1-C4알킬), 또는 -SO(C1-C4알킬)이고; R5및 R6은 독립적으로, 수소, 메틸, 페닐, 벤질 또는 그들이 결합된 질소와 함께 포화된 또는 불포화된 5 또는 6원 고리를 형성하고; n은 독립적으로 1, 2 또는 3 이며; m은 독립적으로 0, 1, 2 또는 3 이다.
상기 화합물들은 값비싼 크로마토그래피에 의한 분리를 사용하지 않고 고수율로 제조된다. 상기 화합물이 입체 선택적이므로, 상기 합성 방법이 특히 바람직하다.

Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식 (Ⅲ)의 화합물:상기식에서, R2는 N3, NH-보호 그룹, 아민 보호 그룹 또는 하이드록시 보호 그룹이고; L1은 독립적으로 이탈 그룹이고; Z는 -CH2)n-이며; n은 독립적으로 1, 2 또는 3 이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 -O-트리페닐메틸 또는 -O-메톡시트리페닐메틸인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식 (IIs)인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, R2가 -O-트리페닐메틸 또는 -O-메톡시트리페닐메틸인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식 (IIr)인 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, R2가 -O-트리페닐메틸 또는 -O-메톡시트리페닐메틸인 화합물.
- (a)하기 일반식 (Ⅳ)의 화합물을 생성시키기 위하여, 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 리튬 아세틸라이드, 세륨 아세틸라이드, 또는 비닐 쿠프레이트, 비닐 알루미늄, 비닐 주석, 비닐 리튬 또는 비닐 그리나드 중에서 선택된 유기금속시약으로 알킬화시키고; (b)하기 일반식 (Ⅴ)의 화합물을 생성시키기 위하여, 상기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 일반식(여기서, R3는 할로, 보호된 하이드록시이거나,또는 인접한 탄소와 결합하여 올레핀을 형성하고, R4는 클로로, 브로모 또는 요오드이다)의 화합물과 반응시키고; (c)하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물로 전환시킴을 포함하는 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한항에 따른 화합물의 제조 방법:상기식들에서, R2는 N3, NH-보호 그룹, 아민 보호 그룹 또는 하이드록시 보호 그룹이고; R3는 상기 정의한 바와 같고; Z는 -(CH2)n-이며; n은 독립적으로 1, 2 또는 3 이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
