Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 전조등 조사각도 가변장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은, 스티어링 샤프트와, 스티어링 샤프트의 외측면에 소정간격 이격되도록 형성되며 서로 다른 방향성을 갖는 제1,2스프로킷과, 제1,2스프로킷과 각각 이 맞물림 되는 제3,4스프로킷이 마련되며 내측면에 접점이 형성된 좌,우 센서판과, 좌,우 센서판 사이에 개재되고 그 양측면에 좌,우 센서판의 접점과 각각 선택적으로 접촉되는 감지센서가 그 양측면에 각각 교호적으로 등간격으로 배열 형성된 고정원판과, 감지센서와 접점의 접촉에 따라 구동되어 그 회전축의 워웜을 소정 방향으로 회전시키는 모터와, 모터의 일측에 마련되어 모터의 회전수를 제어하는 콘트롤 릴레이와, 전조등을 지지하는 브라켓으로 부터 연장 형성되며 모터의 회전축의 워웜과 이 맞물림되어 브라켓을 좌,우로 회동시키는 워웜휠을 포함하여 된 것으로서, 차량이 곡선도로를 주행함에 있어서 그 회전방향과 동방향으로 전조등이 조사각도가 가변화 되므로서 결과적으로 안정된 가시거리를 확보하여 주므로서 운전자의 안전운전을 도모할 수 있는 것은 물론이고 고급승용차 뿐만 아니라 전차종에 걸쳐 적용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (1)
- 스티어링 컬럼에 의해 감싸여진 채 스티어링 휠과 연동되어 회전하는 스티어링 샤프트와, 상기 스티어링 샤프트이의 외측면에 소정간격 이격되도록 형성되며 서로 다른 방향성을 갖는 제1,2스프로킷과, 상기 스티어링 샤프트의 제1,2스프로킷과 각각 이 맞물림되는 제3,4스프로킷이 그 중심내면에 마련되며 서로 대응되는 내측면에 접점이 형성된 좌,우 센서판과, 상기 좌,우 센서판 사이에 개재되고 그 양측면에 좌,우 센서판의 접점과 각각 선택적으로 접촉되어 소정의 신호를 형성하는 감지센서가 그 양측면에 각각 교호적으로 등간격으로 배열 형성되며 스티어링 컬럼에 고정되는 고정원판과, 상기 고정원판의 감지센서와 좌,우 센서판의 접촉에 따라 선택적으로 구동되어 그 회전축의 워웜을 시계 및 반시계 방향으로 회전시키는 모터와, 상기 모터의 일측에 마련되어 모터의 회전수를 일정하게 제어하는 콘트롤 릴레이와, 전조등을 지지하는 브라켓으로 부터 연장 형성되며 상기 모터의 회전축의 워웜과 이 맞물림되어 브라켓을 좌,우로 회동시키는 워웜훨을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전조등 조사각도 가변장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
