Abstract

본 발명은 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로-2-클로로에탄(CF3CH2Cl, HCFC-133a)과 불화수소(HF)로부터 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄 (CF3CH2F, HCFC-134a)을 제조하는 반응에 효과적인 촉매 및 그것의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 자세하게는 수산화크롬(Cr(OH)3·H2O)을 염화마그네슘 혹은 염화칼슘 및 금속염의 수용액과 함께 혼합한 후 이 혼합물을 HF와 반응시켜 얻어지는 반죽(paste)을 소성함으로써 얻어지는, CraMgbMcOxFy또는 CraCabMcOxF(M=Ce,Ni,Zn 또는 Al, O<a,b,c,x,y<2)의 조성으로 이루어지는 HFC-134a합성반응용 촉매 및 그것의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 산화크롬 수화물과 염화마그네슘 또는 염화칼슘을 중량비로 1:0.3 내지 1:10으로 혼합한 혼합물을 금속염 수용액과 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 HF수용액과 반응시킨 후, 얻어진 반죽(paste)을 소성하는 것으로 이루어지는 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Cr:Mg 또는 Ca의 중량비가 1:1 내지 1:4인 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속염이 염화세륨, 염화아염, 염화니켈 및 염화알루미늄으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속염이 Cr에 대해 5중량%인 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 HF수용액이 30-50% HF수용액인 제조방법.
  6. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되며, CraMgbMcOxFy또는 CraCabMcOxF(M=Ce,Ni,Zn 또는 Al, O<a,b,c,x,y<2)의 조성으로 이루어지는 1,1,1,2-테트라플로오로에탄 (HFC-134a) 제조용 촉매.
