본 발명은 타구감각과 긴 비행거리의 양면에서 우수한 세부분으로된 견고한 골프공에 관한 것이다. 세부분으로된 견고한 골프공은 코어(1)과 코어(1)을 덮고 있는 커버(2)로 구성되고 코어(1)은 센터(1a)와 바깥껍질(1b)를 포함하는 이층구조이다. 센터(1a)는 기재고무 100중량부에 대해 13∼28 중량부의,－불포화 카르복실산 금속염을 함유하고 바깥껍질(1b)는 기재고무 100중량부에 대해 28∼35 중량부의,

제1도는 본 발명의 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공의 구체적인 일례를 예시하는 개략적인 단면도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 코어(1)과 코어을 덮고 있는 커버로 구성되고 코어(1)은 센터(1a)와 바깥껍질(1b)를 포함하는 이층구조이고, 센터(1a)는 기재고무 100중량부에 대해 13∼28 중량부의,－불포화 카르복실산 금속염으로부터 제조하고, 바깥껍질(1b)는 기재고무 100중량부에 대해 28∼35 중량부의,－불포화 카르복실산 금속염으로부터 제조하며 코어(1)의 표면경도(JIS－C 타입 경도시험기로 측정)는 75∼88이고 코어(1)의 압축 변형치가 2.7∼5.0㎜임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 센터(1a)의 직경이 22∼32㎜임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 센터(1a)가 100중량부의 기재 고무, 13∼28 중량부의,－불포화 카르복실산 금속염, 0.5∼3중량부의 가교결합 개시제 및 4∼136 중량부의 충전제를 함유하는 고무 조성물을 성형함으로써 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 기재 고무가 85%이상이 1.4－구조인 부타디엔 고무임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,,－불포화 카르복실산 금속염이 아연 아크릴산염 또는 아연 메트아클리산염임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 가교결합 개시제가 유기 과산화물임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유기 과산화물이 디쿠밀 퍼옥사이드임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 바깥껍질(1b)가 100중량부의 기재 고무, 28∼35중량부의,－불포화 카르복실산 금속염, 0.5∼3중량부의 가교결합 개시제 및 1∼106 중량부의 충전제를 함유하는 고무 조성물을 성형함으로써 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로된 견고한 골프공.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 기재 고무가 85%이상이 1, 4－구조부인 부타디엔 고무임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  10. 제8항에 있어서,,－불포화 카르복실산 금속염이 아연 아크릴산염 또는 아연 메트아크릴산염임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 가교결합 개시제가 유기 과산화물임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 유기 과산화물이 디쿠밀 퍼옥사이드임을 특징으로 하는 세부분으로 된 견고한 골프공.
