Abstract
스테비아 감미료를 정제함에 있어 수분함량이 0.5%이하인 순수 메탄올로 결청화하여 순도 98%이상으로 정제하고 그 모액을 유기 용매상에서 건조한 활성탄으로 처리하여 모액증의 불순물을 제거하고 molecular seive로 증가된 수분을 탈수하여 최초 결정화 공정으로 recycle 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제법.

Claims (7)
- 스테비아 감미료를 정제함에 있어서, 유기용매를 사용하여 결정화하고 그 모액을 활성탄과 molecular seive를 통과시켜 정제, 탈수시킨 후 최초 결정화 공정으로 재순환 시킴을 특징으로 하는 스테비아 감미료의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매는 수분함량 0.7%이하의 순수한 에탄올을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 모액에 추가로 물을 가하거나 증류하지 않고 건조한 활성탄으로 처리하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 건조 활성탄과 모액의 비가 5∼15ml모액/g이 활성탄으로 정제하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 모액의 수분함량을 0.5%이하로 하여 정제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제된 모액을 molecular seiverive로 잔여 수분을 제거하여 수분함량을 0.5%이하로 하는 정제방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기용매는 수분함량 0.5%이하의 순수한 에탄올을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
