Abstract

순수 탄화수소를 얻기 위한 추출증류의 저면 생성물의 처리공정.
본 공정에서 추출증류는 용매로서 일곱탄소원자보다 더 많지 않게 포함하는 대체물 즉, 질소 치환의 모르폴린을 사용하여 수행된다.
여기서 사용되는 용매는 추출증류탑의 후속공정으로 실치되는 분리탑에서 추출증류의 저면 생성물로 부터 분리된다.
본 발명에 따라 분리탑의 저면으로 부터 배출되는 용매는 추출증튜탑으로 재도입전 증발기로 보내지며 여기서 증발기는 본 분리탑의 저면 압력(P1)보다 낮은 압력(P2)로 작동되며 이때 중기는 증발기를 나와서 농축 포집되어 분리탑으로 순환되고 반면에 용매는 액상으로 증발기의 저면으로 부터 배출되어 추출증류탑으로 재도입된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 처리되는 저면 생성물이 추출증류탑으로부터 저면 리보일러가 분리탑의 중앙부위를 보내지며; 반면 용매는 분리탑의 저면으로 부터 배출되며; 적당한 냉각후에 추출증류탑의 용매공급으로 재순환되면서; 추출증류탑으로 재도입전 분리탑의 저면으로 부터 배출되는 용매는 분리탑의 저면에서의 압력 (P1)보다 낮은 압력(P2)로 작동되는 증발기로 보내지고 여기서 증기는 증발기를 떠나 농축 및 포집되어 다시 분리탑으로 순환되는 반면에 용매는 액상으로 증발기의 저면으로부터 배출되어 추출증류탑으로 재순화되는 특징으로 하는 일곱 탄소원자 보다 더 많지 않게 포함하는 대체물 즉 질소 치환의 모르폴린을 용매로 사용하여 순수 탄화수소를 얻기 위한 추출증류의 저면생성물의 처리공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분리탑과 증발기는 같은 온도로 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 증발기로 부터의 농축원 중기는 추출증류의 저면생성물의 인도시점과 역류에 의한 재순환의 인도시점사이에서 분리탑으로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
