Abstract

본 발명은 리테이너 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 편팅에 의해 형성된 크로스바아의 측면상에 롤러 스토퍼 러그를 형성하고, 롤러를 고정밀도로 안내할 수 있는 안내표면을 또한 형성하는 것이 가능하다. 복수의 돌기부가 크로스바아의 양측에 형성되어 있다. 돌기부의 표면은 양 두께 방향으로 아이어닝되어 돌기부의 양단부에서 롤러 스토퍼 러그를 형성한다. 아이어닝에 의해 돌기부상에 형성된 평평한 표면은 롤러 가이드 표면의 역할을 한다. 따라서, 롤러의 뜨임과 가라앉음의 양은 고정밀도로 제어될 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따르는 방법으로 포켓(pocket)을 펀팅하는 단계를 도시한 사시도
제2도는 펀팅에 의해 형성된 포켓의 측면을 도시한 사시도
제3도는 러그-성형 지그를 사용하여 아이어닝(ironing)하는 단계를 도시한 사시도
제4도는 아이어닝 단계를 개략적으로 도시한 단면도

Claims (3)

  1. 롤러를 수용하도록 원주표면상에 형성된 복수의 포켓과, 상기 포켓사이의 크로스바아의 양 측면상에 형성된 복수의 돌기부와, 내부 및 외부 에지에서의 상기 크로스바아의 측면과 상기 돌기부상에 또는 상기 돌기부상에서만 아이어닝에 의해서 형성되는 복수의 톨러 스토퍼 러그를 구비하고 있고, 이것에 의해 상기 돌기부의 표면상에서 롤러를 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러 베어링용 리테이너.
  2. 상기 포켓사이의 크로스바아의 양측으로부터 돌기부가 돌출하는 상태로 간격을 두고 배열된 포켓을 수용하는 복수의 롤러를 스트립내에 형성하는 단계와, 리테이너의 두께의 양 방향으로부터 상기 크로스바아의 측면 및 상기 돌기부 또는 상기 돌기부만 아이어닝하는 단계와, 이에 의해 리테이너의 양 에지상에 롤러 스토퍼러그를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 스트릭을 환형으로 형성하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러 베어링용 리테이너를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 포켓사이에 형성된 상기 크로스바아는 이들 중심부와 양단부 사이에 두께의 방향으로 구부러지고, 그리고 여기에서 상기 크로스바아의 측면은 상기 중심부와 상기 양단부에서 아이어닝되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러베어링용 리테이너를 제조하는 방법
