Abstract

본 발명은 플라스틱으로 압출성형되는 창틀용 골재에 관한 것으로, 특히 이중창의 창틀용 골재에 있어서, 실내의 내측창으로는 나무무의를 헝성하핀 실외의 외측창으로는 횐색이나 미색으로 되는 단색으로 일체로 압출토록 함으로서 기존의 창호용 창틀골재가 갖지 못하는 2색 구분의 창틀용 골재와 이를 제조할 수 있는 방법과 그 장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 공지로 사용되는 백색의 기본색상에 착색제 1-2가지색을 0.5-2% 첨가한 색상 1은 90-97의 범위로 하고, 백색의 기본색상에 2-5가지 색을 1.5-4% 첨가한 색상 2는 10-3의 배합비로 색상 1과 색상 2를 혼합하여 65-160도의 범위에서 단계별로 상승시키면서 컴파운딩(compounding)하고 이를 반듯이 싱글방식으로 60도에서 200도사이에서 6-7단계로 상승시키면서 단색을 압출시키는 압출기와 좌우에서 동시에 압출성형시키는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 플라스틱으로 일체로 압출 성형되는 공지의 이중창틀 골재에 있어서, 외측필재(2)에는 단색으로 성형되고 내측골재(1)에는 나무무늬결등이 형성되도록 혼합색으로 일체로 성형되어지는 이중창의 창틀용 골재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이중창의 창틀용 골재의 내측창틀과 외측창틀이 연결되는 부위에 요홈(5)을 형성하여 색의 혼련이 집중토록 하고 이를 덮어주기 위하여 요흠(5)에 임의 대로 탈리되지 않도록 가스켓(6)을 결합시킨 이중 창의 창틀용 골재.
