Abstract
본 발명은 합성 수지를 주재로 하는 인조 각목의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 합성수지에 발포제, 색소를 혼가한 후 압출 성형시키는 각목을 이단이상의 다단으로 분할하여 압출 성형시키되 내관(1)을 압출성형시킨 후 내관(1)의 외면에 다른 내관 또는 본체(2)를 일체로 덧씌워 압출 성형시킴을 특징으로 하며, 나아가 내관(1)에 보강관(3)을 매설하여 각목의 강도를 보강할 수 있게 한 것임.

Claims (3)
- 합성 수지에 발포제, 색소등을 혼가하여 인조 각목을 성형시킴에 있어서, 압출 성형시키는 각목을 이단이상의 다단으로 분할하여 내관(1)을 압출 성형시킨 후 내관(1)의 외면에 다른 내관 또는 본체(2)를 일체로 덧씌워 압출 성형시킴을 특징으로 하는 인조 각목의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내관(1)의 내면에 보강관(3)을 긴밀하게 끼워 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조 각목의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본체(2)의 표면에 미세한 요철부를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 인조 각목의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
