나뭇결 무늬를 갖은 인조목재의 제조분야
나. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 발포성 열가소성 수지 재료를 이용한 인조 목재의 제조방법을 제공항에 있어서, 1차 공정으로 수지원료에 발포되는 발포제를 혼합하여 색상별로 예비압출공정을 이행하여 불필요한 기포를 제거하고 이때 얻어진 다색군의 발포원료를 압축비가 낮게 설정된 2차 압축기에 공급하여 응융 수지재료가 불완전한 혼합상태를 유지하도록 압출하므로서 천연목재의 나뭇결 무늬를 그대로 표출하는 양질의 인조목재를 제조토록한 것임.
다. 발명의 해결방법의 요지.
열가소성 수지에 의한 인조목재를 제조함에 있어서, 수지원료에 색상별로 발포제를 가하여 1차 압출공정을 이행한 다음 콤파운드화 하고 이들 임의의 색상별로 발포원료(3)를 배합 조정한 후에 2차 공정의 압출기(4)에서 공지의 방법으로 압출하되, 이의 압출스크류(7)의 나선돌조(9)가 갖은 압축비를 1.5 : 1을 전후한 비율로 조정하여 압출시키도록한 것이다.

제4도는 본 발명의 압출기에 적용되는 압출스크류의 발췌측면도.
Claims (1)
- 열가소성 수지에 의한 인조목재(1)를 제조함에 있어서; 수지원료를 색상별로 발포제를 가하여 1차 압출공정을 이행한 다음 콤파운드화하고, 이른 임의의 색상별로 발포원료(3)를 배합 조정한 후에 2차 공정의 압출기(4)에서 공지의 방법으로 압출하되, 상기 압출기(4)에 있어서 압출스크류(7)의 나선돌조(9)가 갖는 압축비를 1.5 : 1을 전후한 비율로 조정하여 압출시킴을 특징으로 하는 나뭇결 무늬를 갖는 인조목재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
