Abstract

철-알루미늄 합금은 원자 퍼센트로 아래의 성분을 포함한다:12-18 알루미늄, 0.1-10 크롬, 01-2 니오브, 0.1-2 실리콘, 0.1-5 붕소, 0.01-2 티타늄, 100-500ppm 탄소, 50-200ppm 지르코늄, 나머지 철.
이 합금은 800℃의 온도에서의 높은 열충격에 저항에 의해 구별되지만 그래도 비교적 양호한 기계적 성질을 갖는다. 이 합금은 예컨대, 기계적 부하가 비교적 작고 빈번한 열 사이클을 받는 가스터빈의 케이싱과 같은 구성품들에 유리하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 원자 퍼센트로, 12-18 알루미늄, 0.1-10 크롬, 01-2 니오브, 0.1-2 실리콘, 0.1-5 붕소, 0.01-2 티타늄, 100-500ppm 탄소, 50-200ppm 지르코늄, 나머지 철의 성분을 포함하는, 철과 알루미늄 기재의 합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원자 퍼센트로, 14-16 알루미늄, 0.5-1.5 니오브, 4-6 크롬, 0.5-1.5 실리콘, 3-4 붕소, 1-2 티타늄, 300ppm 정도의 탄소, 100ppm정도의 지르코늄, 나머지 철의 성분을 포함하는 합금.
  3. 열충격 저항재료로서의 제1항에 따른 합금의 용도.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 고온가스를 운반하는 구성품 특히, 가스터빈의 케이싱을 형성하는 작용을 하는 합금의 용도.
