Abstract

본 발명은 전력용 변압기 철심, 각종코어, 가포화리액터, 쵸크코일등의 전자기 부품에 사용되는 연자성 재료인 비정질 합금의 유도자장에 의한 열처리방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로써, 고주파 유도가열로를 이용하여 비정질코어에 유도자기장에 의해 열과 자장을 동시에 가해주므로서, 자기적 특성이 우수한 비정질코어(비정질재료)를 제조할 수있는 자장열처리 방법 및 그 장치를 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for heat treatment by an induction magnetic field of an amorphous alloy, which is a soft magnetic material used in electromagnetic components such as power cores, various cores, saturable reactors, choke coils, and the like.
