Abstract
본 발명은 A) 올레핀계 불포화 단량체로부터 제조되며 에폭시기 및 임의로 히드록실기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 공중합체, B) 카르복실산기 또는 카르복실산 무술무기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 경화제, 및 C) 우레트디온기를 함유하고 융점이 40℃ 내지 120℃이며 지방족(지환족) 디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되는 1종 이상의 중부가 화합물을 함유하는, 120 내지 150℃에서 경화되는 분체 도료 조성물 및 내열성 기판, 특히 자용 기판을 피복시키기 위한 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (18)
- A) 올레핀계 불포화 단량체로부터 제조되고, 에폭시기 및 임의로 히드록실기를 함유하며, 365 내지 2,840의 에폭시 당량, 20 내지 100℃의 유리 전이 온도(Tg) 및 1,500 내지 30,000의 질량 평균 분자량을 갖는 공중합체를 1종 이상 함유하는 결합제 성분. B) i) 탄소수 4 내지 20의 지방족(지환족) 디카르복실산, ii) 상기 디카르복실산의 단량체성 무수물 및/또는 중합체성 무수물, iii) 상기 디카르복실산의 폴리올 개질된 중합체성 무수물, 및 iv) 탄소수 4 내지 18의 지방족 히드록시카르복실산 중에서 선택된 화합물을 1종 이상 함유하는 융점이 40 내지 130℃인 경화 성분, 및 C) 우레트디온기를 함유하고 융점이 40 내지 125℃이며 지방족(지환족) 디이소시아네이트로부터 제조된 중부가 화합물 1종 이상을 함유하며, 단 상기 성분 A),B) 및 C)는 성분 A)의 에폭시기 1개 당 성분 B)의 카르복실기 및/또는 무수물기가 0.5 내지 1.5개이고 성분 C)의 우레트디온 기가 0.1 내지 1.2개가 되는 비율로 존재하는, 120 내지 150℃의 온도에서 경화되어 황변되지 않고 탄성이며 내용매성 및 내약품성인 피복을 제공할 수 있는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 C)가, a) 유리 이소시아네이트기의 함량(NCO로서 환산, 분자량=42)이 0 내지 2중량%이고, b) 우레트디온기의 함량(C2N2O2로서 환산, 분자량=8)이 3 내지 16중량%이고, c) 우레탄기의 함량(CHNO2로서 환산, 분자량=59)이 10 내지 22중량%이고, 카르복실산 에스테르기의 함량(CO2)로서 환산, 분자량=44)이 0 내지 20중량%이고 카르보네이트기의 함량(CO3로서 환산, 분자량=60)이 0 내지 25중량%인 중부가 화합물을 1종 이상 함유하며, 이때 중부가 화합물 중의 카르복실산 에스테르기 및 카르보네이트기의 총 함량은 1중량% 이상인 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상고 공중합체가 i) 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 및/또는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 5 내지 35중량부, ii) 알킬기에 2 내지 4개의 탄소수를 갖는 히드록시알킬 아크릴레이트 및/또는 메타크릴레이트, 및/또는 이들과 ε-카프롤락톤 또는 모노에폭시드와의 반응 생성물 중 1종 이상 0 내지 20 중량부 및 iii) 비관능성 올레핀계 불포화 화합물 45 내지 95 중량부(이때, 성분 i) 내지 iii)의 합은 100이다)의 반응 생성물인 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 i) 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 및/또는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 5 내지 35중량부, ii) 알킬기에 2 내지 4개의 탄소수를 갖는 히드록시알킬 아크릴레이트 및/또는 메타크릴레이트, 및/또는 이들과 ε-카프롤락톤 또는 모노에폭시드와의 반응 생성물 중 1종 이상 0 내지 20 중량부 및 iii) 비관능성 올레핀계 불포화 화합물 45 내지 95 중량부(이때, 성분 i) 내지 iii)의 합은 100이다)의 반응 생성물인 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 탄소수 4 내지 12의 포화 지방족 디카르복실산을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 탄소 4 내지 12의 포화 지방족 디카르복실산을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 탄소수 4 내지 12의 포화 지방족 디카르복실산을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 탄소수 4 내지 12의 포화 지방족 디카르복실산을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 탄소수 4 내지 12의 지방족 디카르복실산의 단량체성 무수물 및/또는 중합체성 무수물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 탄소수 4 내지 12의 지방족 디카르복실산의 단량체성 무수물 및/또는 중합체성 무수물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 탄소수 4 내지 12의 지방족 디카르복실산의 단량체성 무수물 및/또는 중합체성 무수물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 탄소수 4 내지 12의 지방족 디카르복실산의 단량체성 무수물 및/또는 중합체성 무수물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 산 무수물기와 카르복실기를 1:1 내지 3:1의 몰비로 함유하는 탄소수 4 내지 12의 지방족 디카르복실산의 폴리올 개질된 다가 무수물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 산 무수물기와 카르복실기를 1:1 내지 3:1의 몰비로 함유하는 탄소수 4 내지 12의 지방족 디카르복실산의 폴리올 개질된 다가 무수물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 산 무수물기와 카르복실기를 1:1 내지 3:1의 몰비로 함유하는 탄소수 4 내지 12의 지방족 디카르복실산의 폴리올 개질된 다가 무수물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 산 무수물기와 카르복실기를 1:1 내지 3:1의 몰비로 함유하는 탄소수 4 내지 12의 지방족 디카르복실산의 폴리올 개질된 다가 무수물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항의 분체 도료 조성물로 피복시킨 내열성 기판.
- 제1항의 분체 도료 조성물로 피복시킨 내열성 자동차 기판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
