Abstract

본 발명은 액체 용기, 및 상기 액체 용기와 액체가 통해있는 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브를 포함하며, 상기 액체 용기가 액체를 함유하기 위한 저장부를 포함하는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기(self-closing liquid dispensing Package)에 관한 것이다. 상기 저장부는 열성형된 열가소성 물질으로 제조된다.
본 발명의 하나의 바람직한 실시태양에서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브는 제1시이트 부재 및 제2시이트 부재를 포함하며, 상기 시이트 부재들은 실질적으로 평면이고, 면-대-면으로 배열되고, 그들의 종방향 가장자리를 따라 함께 밀봉되고, 상기 액체 용기에 가해진 외부안에 대응하여 함유된 액체가 흐르도록 하는 유동채널을 형성하도록 서로 아치형으로 떨어지기에 충분히 유연하고, 상기 시이트 부재들 중 적어도 하나가, 상기 외부압이 제거될때 원래의 평면 위치로 되돌아가기에 충분히 탄성이다. 본 발명의 또다른 바람직한 실시태양에서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브는 강화 주름을 포함하는 연결부를 통하여 상기 용기와 액체가 통해있다. 본 발명의 포장용기는 광벙위한 점도를 갖는 다양한 액체제품의 다수의 사웅에 유용하다.

제1도는 본 발명의 포장용기의 투시도이고,
제2a도는 평평한 채널 밸브가 밀봉된 형태로 존재찰 경우, 제1도의 평평한 채널 밸브의 절단선 2-2에 따른 횡단면도이고, 제2b도는 평평한 채널 밸브가 분배 형태로 존재할 경우, 제1도의 평평한 채널 밸브의 절단선 2-2에 따른 횡단면도이고,
제3도는 제1도의 포장용기의 절단선 3∼3에 따른 횡단면도이고,
제4도는 포장 부재 양쪽상에서 저장부를 갖는 액체 용기를 갖는 본 발명의 또다른 포장용기의 투시도이고,
제5도는 본 발명의 일직선의 평평한 채널 밸브의 횡단면도이고,
제6도는 제5도의 평평한 채널 밸브이 절단선 7-6, 및 제7도의 평평한 채널 밸브의 절단선 6-7에 따른 횡단면도이고,
제7도는 본 발명의 사다리꼴의 평평한 채널 밸브의 횡단면도이고,
제8도는 제7도의 평평한 채널 밸브이 절단선8-5에 따른 횡단면도이다.

Claims (25)

  1. a) 액체 용기 및 b)상기 액체 용기와 액체가 통해있는 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브를 포함하며; 상기 액체 용기가 액체를 함유하기 위한 저장부를 포함하고, 상기 저장부가 열성형된 열가소성 물질로 제조되는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기(self-closing liquid dispensing package).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a) 상기 저장부에 대한 덮개부, 및 제1 및 제2종방향 가장자리를 갖는 제1시이트 부재를 포함하는 제1 포장 부재, 및 b) 상기 저장부, 및 제1 및 제2종방향 가장자리를 갖는 제2시이트 부재를 포함하는 제2 포장 부재를 포함하며; 상기 제1 및 제2 포장 부재가 상기 저장부의 주변 및 상기 각가의 종방향 가장자리를 따라서 함께 밀봉되어 플랜지(flange)를 형성하고, 이로써 상기 액체 용기 및 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 형성되는 액체 용기 및 액체가 통해있는 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브를 갖는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지가, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브에 봉인 수단을 제공하기 위하여 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브의 측면을 따라 종방향으로 및 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브의 말단에서 횡방향으로 연장되어 상호 연결되는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 현가 수단(suspensory means)을 또한 포함하는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2시이트 부재중 적어도 하나가, 사용자가 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브중에 분배 출구를 만드는데 도움이되도록 형성된 스코어 선(score line)을 갖는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포장용기가 수평면상에 스스로 지지되어 상기 유동 채널이 상기 수평면에 대하여 실질적으로 수직이 되도록 상기 액체 용기가 배열되는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브의 자가-밀봉성 및 상기 저장부의 유연성으로 인해 상기 액체 용기의 접힘성이 제공되는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 제1시이트 부재 및 제2시이트 부재를 포함하며, 상기 시이트 부재들이 실질적으로 평면이고, 면-대-면으로 배열되고, 그들의 종방향 가장자리를 따라 함께 밀봉되고, 상기 시이트 부재들이, 상기 액체 용기에 가해진 외부압에 대응하여 함유된 액체가 흐르도록하는 유동 채널을 형성하도록 서로 아치형으로 떨어지기에 충분히 유연하고, 상기 시이트 부재들 중 적어도 하나가, 상기 외부압이 제거될 때 원래의 평면 위치로 되돌아가게 충분히 탄성인 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유동 채널의 밀봉을 강화시키는 밀봉 강화 수단(closure ensuring means)(c)를 또한 포함하는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 강화 수단이, 수동으로 밀어서 상기 유동 채널의 밀봉을 조절하기 위해 상기 유동 채널상에 형성된 액체 유동 출구를 포함하는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 강화 수단이, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 굴곡되도록 유지시키는 수단인 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유지 수단이 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 굴곡되도록 고정시키는 고정 수단인 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 강화 수단이 상기 유동 채널의 출구의 상부를 덮기 위한 캡 수단을 포함하는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브이 상기 제1시이트 부재 및 상기 제2시이트 부재중 적어도 하나가 0.05mm 이상의 두께를 갖는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 상기 액체 용기에 인접해 있고 액체와 통해있는 입구, 및 액체를 분배하기 위한 마우쓰(mouth)를 포함하며, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브의 측면 너비가 상기 마우쓰에서보다 상기 입구에서 더 큰 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 입구에서 측면 너비와 비교하여 증가된 측면 너비를 갖는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브의 측면 너비를 따라 상기 유동 채널을 분리시키는 삽입 봉인을 또한 포함하는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 강화 주름을 포함하는 연결부를 통하여 상기 액체 용기와 액체가 통해있는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 강화 주름이 1mm미만의 반경을 가지는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 강화 주름이 연결부에서 제2 포장 부재에 대한 제1 포장 부재의 각도를 가지며, 상기 각도가 5°이상인 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 제1시이트 부재 및 제2시이트 부재를 포함하며, 상기 시이트 부재들이 실질적으로 평면이고, 면-대-면으로 배열되고, 그들의 종방향 가장자리를 따라 함께 밀봉되고, 상기 시이트 부재들이, 상기 액체 용기에 가해진 외부압에 대흥하여 함유된 액체가 흐르도록하는 유동 채널을 형성하도록 서로 아치형으로 떨어지기에 충분히 유연하고, 상기 시이트 부재들 중 적어도 하나가, 상기 외부압이 제거될 때 원래의 평면 위치로 되돌아가기에 충분히 탄성이고, 상기 펑평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 상기 액체 용기에 인접해 있고 액체와 통해있는 입구, 및 액체를 분배하기 위한 마우쓰를 포함하고, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브의 너비가 상기 마우쓰에서보다 상기 입구에서 더 큰 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브에 봉인 수단 및 현가 수단을 또한 포함하는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 포장용기가 수평면상에 스스로 지지되어 상기 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브가 상기 수평면에 대하여 실질적으로 수직이 되도록 상기 액체 분배 포장용기,
  24. a) 액체 용기, 및 b) 상기 액체 용기에 인접해 있고 액체와 통해있는 입구 및 마우쓰를 가지며 제 1시이트 부재 및 제2시이트 부재를 포함하는 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브를 포함하며; 상기 시이트 부재들이 실질적으로 평면이고, 면-대-면으로 배열되고, 그들의 종방향 가장자리를 따라 함께 밀봉되고; 상기 시이트 부재들이, 상기 액체 용기에 가해진 외부압에 대응하여 함유된 액체가 흐르도록하는 유동 채널을 형성하도록 서로 아치형으로 떨어지기에 충분히 유연하고; 상기 시이트 부재들 중 적어도 하나가, 외부압이 제거될때 원래의 정면 위치로 되돌아가기에 충분히 탄성인 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
  25. a) 액체 용기, 및 b) 강화 주름을 포함하는 연결부를 통하여 상기 액체 용기와 액체가 통해있는 평평한 자가-밀봉 채널 밸브를 포함하는 자가-밀봉 액체 분배 포장용기.
