Abstract
본 발명은 피자를 함유한 육가공품에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 육혼화물에 햄, 피자치즈 및 고형화된 피자소스 등을 혼합하고 가열, 살균, 냉각하여 제조된 피자의 향미와 피자치즈의 스트레칭 특성 등을 가미한 피자를 함유한 육가공품에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 육혼화물 40~60 중량%와 입자로서 햄, 피자치즈, 고형화된 피자소스 각각 10~25 중량% 및 피망 2~10 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피자를 함유한 육가공품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고형화된 피자소스 전부 또는 일부 대신에 액상피자소스 1~6 중량%가 육혼화물에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피자를 함유한 육가공품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
