Abstract
쉽게 조립될 수 있는 특징을 갖는 에어스프링 피스톤은, 에어스프링 조립체의 저스프링률과, 저압 또는 진공상태에서 그조립체와 피스톤상에 비드 에어슬리브를 유지하기 위해서 가요성 비드 에어슬리브와 비드 리텐션 립을 돕는 둥근 외주 가장자리에 기여하는 최대 공기 체적을 제공한다. 에어스프링 조립체는 상술한 피스톤과 가요성 비드 에어슬리브와 상기 리테이너로 구성된다.

Claims (6)
- (a)일반 평면에 수직하게 만곡된 외주 가장자리와 복수개의 구멍을 갖는 상부 플레이트와, (b)상기 플레이트로부터 축방향 이격된 하부 플레이트와, (c)상기 상부 플레이트와 상기 하부 플레이트사이를 연결하는 내부 관상 지지체와, (d)상기 상부 플레이트와 상기 하부 플레이트 사이를 연결하며, 상부가 수평 플랜지와 내향 및 하향으로 경사진 둥근 쇼올더와 상기 플랜지에 대체로 수직하며 상부 플레이트의 원주 가장자리에 연결된 비드시이트 에어리어를 포함하여 상기 비드 시이트의 외면이 비드 리텐션 립을 형성하기 위해서 상기 상부 플레이트의 외주 가장자리로부터 반경방향 내향으로 편위되는 중간 외벽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어스프링 피스톤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비드 시트 에어리어는 상기 플랜지로부터 약 2°에서 약 6°까지 내향으로 테이퍼진 피스톤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기립은 약 1㎜에서 약2.5㎜까지의 반경 치수를 갖는 피스톤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기립은 1.2㎜에서 2.0㎜까지의 반경 치수를 갖는 피스톤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1.3㎜에서 1.8㎜까지의 반경 치수를 갖는 피스톤.
- 제1항에 따른 에어스프링과, 상부 리테이너와 가요성 비드 에어슬리브를 포함하는 에어스프링 조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
