Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种空气弹簧活塞。更为具体地说,是涉及一种用于一个空气弹簧组件中的空气弹簧活塞。
冲压钢皮空气弹簧活塞已经用了很多年了,但是那种能提供最大空气容量从而获得理想的低弹簧常数的空气弹簧活塞却不能保持住可挠曲的空气套筒突缘。带有保持倒钩的铝和塑料活塞通常制造成本较高,因为需要机械加工,此外,为了加强这种类型的活塞所需要的大量的材料又减少了用于操作一个空气弹簧组件的空气容量。
本发明的特征之一是空气弹簧活塞很容易组装。它包括三个金属冲压片和一个金属管。顶板冲压片的设计容许它在操作中的强烈震荡运动过程中起一个空气弹簧组件内的一个缓冲反作用盘的作用。它还起一个可挠曲的空气套筒突缘导引件的作用使空气套筒更容易装到活塞上去。此外,它与突缘座区域相比的相对大小使它可以起一个突缘保持唇边的作用。圆筒形活塞在工作时为一个滚动突齿可挠曲空气套筒提供支持。它的轮廓可以设计成能改动弹簧常数,但图中所示它是圆筒形的。
这里还公开一个包括该活塞、一个可挠曲具有突缘的空气套筒,和一个上保持器的空气弹簧组件。
以下结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。其中,

由标号10综合表示的本发明空气弹簧活塞包括一块具有一个外周边边缘14的顶板12,边缘14弯成圆形的,且垂直于板12的总平面,顶板上具有多个通气孔16。与顶板12轴向间隔开的是一块底板18,由一个内管状支柱20和中间外壁22将它们连接在一起。中间外壁22具有一个上面部分,它包括一个向内向下作坡状倾斜至一个水平凸缘26的圆形肩部24。中间外壁22的上面部分还包括一个突缘座区域28,该区域大致垂直于该凸缘。虽然提到该突缘座区域28大致垂直于凸缘26,但应当体会到该突缘座区域28最好能从凸缘26向内斜削大约2°至6°。
突缘座区域28是这样连接在顶板12的周边边缘14上的,即突缘座28的外表面29从顶板12的外周边边缘14径向地向内偏离以形成一个突缘保持唇边30。
唇边30的径向尺寸35可以从大约1mm至大约2.5mm,最好从1.2mm至2.0mm,而最佳则是从1.3mm至1.8mm。
空气弹簧活塞特别适用于一个空气弹簧组件,该组件包括该活塞10,一个具有加强层31和33的大致为圆筒形的可挠曲的空气套筒32,该空气套筒32至少在其一端具有一个相对来说不能伸长且连接到活塞10的突缘座区域28上的空气套筒突缘34,以及一个由任何适当装置连接到空气套筒32的另一端上的上保持器36。上保持器36包括一个在强烈震荡期间用作保护空气弹簧组件的橡胶缓冲器40。上保持器36还具有一个空气进口38用以调整空气弹簧组件内的压力。上保持器36和活塞10的底板18上都可以具有多个将空气弹簧组件紧固在车辆的一个非弹簧悬架的部分和一个弹簧悬架的部分之间的装置42。
活塞10的顶板12上的通气孔16可以使活塞10的整个容量与空气套筒结合使用以提供满意的低的弹簧常数。顶板12的外周边边缘14的尺寸和圆度使可挠曲的空气套筒装配到活塞10上更为容易。突缘保持唇边30防止空气套筒32在低或没有空气压力期间从活塞10上脱落。
虽然为了说明本发明这里列举了某些具有代表性的实施例,但对于那些熟悉本专业的人们显而易见的是,对其可以做出各种变化和改进而不偏离本发明的精神或范围。

Claims (6)

1、一种空气弹簧活塞,其包括:
(a)一块具有一个圆形外周边边缘和多个通气孔的顶板,外周边边缘弯成圆形且垂直于该顶板的总平面;
(b)一块与顶板轴向间隔开的底板;
(c)一个连接在顶板和底板之间的内管状支柱;和
(d)一个连接在顶板和底板之间的中间外壁,中间外壁的上面部分包括一个向内和向下作坡状倾斜至一个水平凸缘的弯成圆形的肩部和一个大致垂直于凸缘的突缘座区域,突缘座区域以这样的方式连接在顶板的周边边缘上,即突缘座的外表面径向地从顶板的外周边边缘向内偏离从而形成一个突缘保持唇边。
2、如权利要求1的活塞,其特征在于其中突缘座区域从凸缘向内斜削大约2°至6°。
3、如权利要求1的活塞,其特征在于其中唇边具有一个从大约1mm至2.5mm的径向尺寸。
4、如权利要求1的活塞,其特征在于其中唇边具有一个从1.2mm至2.0mm的径向尺寸。
5、如权利要求1的活塞,其特征在于其中唇边具有一个从1.3mm至1.8mm的径向尺寸。
6、一种空气弹簧组件,其包括一个空气弹簧,一个上保持器和一个带有突缘的可挠曲的空气套筒,其中的空气弹簧活塞如权利要求1所述。
