본 고안은 침대용 매트리스에 관한 것으로 특히, 탄성지지수단의 상부에 부설되는 새로운 쿠션적층체를 제공하려는 것이다.
종래의 침대용 매트리스는 판상 스펀지쿠션에 시트를 포설하여 구성한 것으로 쿠션, 통풍성 및 냉기 차단기능 등 복합적인 요구를 스펀지의 특성에 포괄적으로 의존하기 때문에 침대용 매트리스에 요구되는 다양한 특성을 얻을 수 없는 것이었다.
예컨데 스펀지의 탄성을 고탄성으로하면 조직밀도가 높아지고 에어쎌이 작아져서 통풍성이 불량해지며, 고밀도 스펀지쿠션에 별개의 통기구멍을 분포시키면 냉기의 유통량이 커져 보온성, 습기차단성이 감소되는 것이다.
본 고안은 이와같은 문제점을 개선한 침대용 매트리스를 제공하고자 하는 것이며, 부드러운 1차 쿠션과, 푹신한 2차쿠션과, 냉기차단성 및 보온성을 동시에 유지하는 침대용 매트리스를 제공하려는 것이로 첨부도면에 따라서 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
부호 1은 매트리스 커버이다. 커버(1)는 내부에 탄성지지수단(2)과 쿠션적층체(3)를 가지며 도시하지 않은 수단 예컨데 슬라이더 파스너에 의하여 개폐되며, 침대용 매트리스의 외면을 구성하기에 필요한 질감, 쿠션등이 구비된다. 예로서 솜을 넣은 면직 누비시트 등이 사용된다.
탄성지지수단(2)은 스프링 매트 또는 키타의 완충수단(21)으로 이루어지며 상기 커버(1)에 내장되어 2차 쿠션동작을 유지 하기 위하여 상하면에 야자섬유시트(22)를 구성하는 것이다. 야자섬유시트(22)는 완충수단(21) 전체의 조직력을 유지시키므로 탄성지지수단(2)은 쿠션적층체(3)전체를 떠받치고 하중 퍼텐셜이 변동될때 쿠션적층체(3) 전체를 진동시키면서 완충하여 매트전체로서 푹신한 2차 쿠션을 제공하는 것이다.
쿠션적층체(3)는 커버(1)와 탄성지지수단(2) 사이에 끼워지며, 상부로부터 요철상면(31)을 가지는 스펀지판(32), 양모 또는 목면등 천연섬유부직시트(33), 폴리우레탄발포시트(34) 및 천연재생섬유부직시트(35)로 구성하였다. 이러한 쿠션적층체(3)의 종합적인 기능을 보면, 스펀지판(32)은 요철상면(31)을 가지므로 신체의 굴곡에 탄탄하게 밀착되어 체중을 분산하여 경괘감을 주며 신체의 근접 통기층을 구성하여 피부호흡을 돕는다. 천연부직섬유시트(33)은 온도완충 기능 및 바이오선(적외선)의 방출로 포근한 감을 주고 정서를 안정시킨다. 폴리우레탄발포시트(34)는 냉기의 차단 또는 쿠션적층체(3)전체의 적적한 조직감을 조성하며, 천연재생섬유부직시트(35)는 탄성지지수단과의 완충기능을 유지하는 것이다.
상기와 같이 본 고안은 부드러운 1차 쿠션과, 푹신한 2차쿠션과, 냉기 차단성 및 보온성을 동시에 유지하는 침대용 매트리스를 제공하는 것이다.

  1. 커버(1) 내부에 탄성지지수단(2)과 쿠션적층체(3)를 보유하며; 탄성지지수단(2)은 2차쿠션 유지용 완충수단(21)의 상하에 완충수단(21) 전체의 조직력을 유지시키는 야자섬유시트(22)를 가지며; 쿠션적층체(3)는 커버(1)와 탄성지지수단(2) 사이에 끼워지고, 상부로부터 요철상면(31)을 가지는 스펀지판(32), 양모 또는 목면등 천연섬유부직시트(33), 폴리우레탄발포시트(34) 및 천연재생섬유부직시트(35)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 침대용 매트리스.
