Abstract
본 발명은 비선형 광학활성 측쇄 폴리카르보네이트 및 상기 폴리카르보네이트를 포함하는 비선형 광학활성 광도파관에 관한 것으로 비선형 광학활성 폴리카르보네이트를 포함하는 광도파관은 낮은 신호손실을 가지고 헥사플루오로비스페놀 A의 비스클로로포르메이트, 헥사플루오로테트라브로모비스페놀 A 및 비스페놀 S 또는 비스페놀 A 또는 설포닐비페놀에 기재된 폴리카르보네이트가 바람직스럽고 낮은 신호손신을 나타내며, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 매우 바람직스러운 폴리카르보네이트는 높은 Tg를 가지고 열적으로 한정하게 하는 경질도너그룹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)
- 중합체가 하기 일반식(1)을 만족하는 NLO디올 및,(상기 식이서, D는 2-10개의 지방족, 지환식, 방향족 또는 복소환식 탄소원자로 이루어지고, 벤젠고리에 직접 또는 공액으로 결합된 적어도 하나의 알콕시 산소원자, 적어도 하나의 황원자, 적어도 하나의 셀레늄원자 또는 질소원자로 이루어진 삼가 도너그룹이고, X는 -CR2=CR2-, -N=N-, -CR2=N- 또는 -N=CR2-, Y는 -CN, -NO2, CR2=C(CN)2, -CF3, SO2R4, -(CN)=C(CN)2, 바르비투레이트 그룹, 또는 티오바르비투레이트 그룹, AR은 육원환 방향족 고리, 하나 이상의 R3그룹으로 치환된 육원화 방향족로리, 비치환된 육원환 고리, 하나 이상의 R3그룹으로 치환된 불포환 육원환 고리, O, N, S, Se를 포함하는 오원환 이종원자 고리, 하니이상의 R3그룹으로 치환되고 O,N,S 또는 Se용융된 고리구조를 포함하는 오환이종원자 고리, R1은 -할로겐, -R2, -OR2, -COR2, -CN 또는 -CF3, R2는 -H, -할로겐, 1-6개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬그룹, 1-6개의 탄소원자를 가진 할로치환된 알킬그룹, R3는 -할로겐, -R2, -OR2, -COR2, -CN, NO2, SO2R4또는 -CF3, R4는 1-4개의 탄소원자를 가진(할로겐화)알킬그룹, n은 0 내지 4의 정수이며 X그룹은 동일하거나 상이하다.)하기 일반식(2)에 따른 화합물.(상기 식에서, P는 -Cl, O-R, 이미다졸그룹 또는 -O-Ph, Q는 -Cl, O-R, 이미다졸 그룹 또는 -O-Ph, R은 1-6개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬렌 그룹, Ph는 페닐, AMS -Ph-, 할로겐화-Ph-, Ph-C(CH3)2-Ph-, Ph-SO-Ph-, 1-24개의 탄소원자를 가진 시클로알킬렌 그룹, 1-24개의 탄소원자를 가진 할로치환된 시클로알킬렌 그룹, 1-20개의 탄소원자를 가진 아킬렌 그룹, 또는 나프탈렌 그룹, m은 0 내지 5의 정수이고, A그룹은 동일하거나 상이하다)을 포함하는 단량체 혼합물로부터 얻어진 폴리카르보네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 비선형 광학활성 측쇄 축합중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, D가 하기 일반식의 화합물로부터 선택된 그룹인 것을 특징으로 하는 비선형 광학활성 측쇄축합중합체.(상기 식에서, OH는 상기 일반식(1)의 OH-그룹, X 및 Y는 0-4의 정수이고, R은 -H 또는 1-6개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬을 나타낸다.)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 설포닐비페놀 또는 헥사플루오로비스페놀 A의 비스클로로포르메이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비선형 광학활성 측쇄 축합중합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 헥사플루오로테트라브로모비스페놀 A의 비스클로로포르메이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비선형 광학활성 측쇄 축합중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디올이 하기 일반식에 따른 π시스템을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비선형 광학활성 측쇄 축합중합체.(상기 식에서, R5및 R6는 -H 또는 1-6개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬그룹이다.)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, D가 경질 도너그룹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 비선형 광학 활성측쇄 축합 중합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, D가 디하이드록시피롤리딘 그룹 또는 디하이드록시디티아풀벤 그룹인 것을 특징으로 하는 비선형 광학활성 측쇄 축합중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 비선형 광학활성 측쇄 축합중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비선형 광학활성 광도파관부품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 비선형 광학활성 측쇄 축합중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열광학 광도파관부품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 비선형 광학활성 측쇄 축합 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패시브 광도파관부품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
