Abstract

본 발명은 각 당류가 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서 하나 이상의 유니트가 우론산인 2개 내지 6개의 단당류 유니트를 함유하는, 두개의 당류와 하나의 스페이서(spacer)를 함유하는 조정 가능한 이 결합체에 관한 것이며, 이때, 하나 이상의 당류 그 자체는 항혈전 활성을 갖고 있고, 스페이서는 하나 이상의 당류를 그것의 비환원성 말단을 통해 다른 당류에 연결시키며, 그 스페이서의 사슬 길이는 20∼120원자인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 각 당류가 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서 하나 이상의 유니트가 우론산인 2개 내지 6개의 단당류 유니트를 함유하는, 두 개의 당류와 하나의 스페이서(spacer)를 함유하는 조정 가능한 이결합체로서, 하나 이상의 당류 그 자체가 항혈전 활성을 갖고 있고, 상기 스페이서는 하나 이상의 당류를 그 것의 비환원성 말단을 통해 다른 당류에 연결시키며, 그 스페이서의 사슬길이는 20∼120원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 이결합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 당류 그 자체가 AT-Ⅲ 및/또는 HC-Ⅱ에 대한 친화성, 및/또는 항-Ⅱa인자 및/또는 항-Xa 인자 활성을 갖고 있는 이결합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 두개의 당류 그 자체가 AT-Ⅲ 및/또는 HC-Ⅱ에 대한 친화성, 및/또는 항-Ⅱa 인자 및/또는 항-Xa인자 활성을 갖는 이결합체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 당류가 하기 일반식을 갖는 이결합체:
    이식중에서, R 각각은 H, OH, OSO3 -, 및(1-8C)알콕시중에서 각각 선택되고; R1은 OSO3 -및 NHSO3 -중에서 각각 선택되며; 주름선은 상향 또는 하향 결합을 나타내며, 음전하는 수소 또는 알칼리 금속 양이온에 의해 상쇄된다.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 당류가 하기 일반식을 갖는 이결합체:
    이 식중에서, R2는 각각 OSO3 -또는 OCH3이다.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스페이서가 하기 일반식을 갖는 이결합체.
    ={Q-NT-CO-〔(CH2)n-NT-CO-(CH2)m〕p-S-}2, 또는={Q-O-〔(CH2)n-O〕p-(CH2)m-S-}2이 식중에서, 2개의 Q기중의 하나는 하나의 당류의 비환원성 말단에 결합되고, 다른 Q기는 다른 당류의 환원성이나 비환원성 말단에 결합되며, Q기는 각각 페닐렌(C6H4)기, 또는 -〔(CH2O)q-(CH2)r-O〕s-〔(CH2)t-NT-CO〕u-(CH2)v(여기에서, q는 0 또는 1이고; r 및 t는 각각 2 내지 4이며; s는 각각 1 내지 12이고, u 및 v는 각각 1 내지 6임)이며, T는 각각 수소 또는 (1-8C)알킬이고, n은 1 내지 8, m은 1 내지 8, p는 1내지 12이며, 원자들의 총수는 20 내지 120이다.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스페이서가 하기 일반식을 갖는 이결합체:
    이 식중에서, 2개의 Φ기중의 하나는 하나의 당류의 비-환원성 말단에 결합되고, 다른 Φ기는 다른 당류의 환원성이나 비환원성 말단에 결합되며, Φ는 페닐렌(C6H4)기를 나타내고; n, m 및 0는 각각 1 내지 8이고, 원자의 총수는 20 내지 120이다.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스페이서가 하기 일반식을 갖는 이결합체:
    이 식중에서, 스페이서 2개의 유리 원자가중의 하나는 하나의 당류의 비환원성 말단에 결합되고, 그 스페이서의 다른 유리 원자가는 다른 당류의 환원성이나 비환원성 말단에 결합되며, T는 각각 H, 또는 (1-8C) 알킬이고; m은 각각 1 내지 8이며; r은 각각 2 내지 4이고; s는 각각 1내지 12이고; w는 0내지 10이며; x는 0 또는 1이며; y는 0 또는 1이고; z는 0 또는 1이며, 원자들의 총수는 20 내지 120이다.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 이결합체와 약학적 허용성 보조제를 함유하는 약학적 조성물.
  10. 항 혈전 질환 이나 평활근 세포 증식의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약제의 제조에 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 이결합체의 사용방법.
