Abstract

통상적으로 C10이상의 퍼플루오로알킬 요오다이드의 가스상내에서 열브롬화에 의해 통상적으로 고형인 퍼플루오로알킬 브로마이드를 제조하기 위해, 통상적으로 액체인 퍼플루오로알킬 브로마이드의 존재하에 브롬화를 수행한다.
상기에 의해 실온에서 후처리 공정(요오드의 환원, 분리, 중화/세척 등)을 수행하는 것이 가능하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 통상적으로 액체인 브로마이드와 통상적으로 고형인 브로마이드의 혼합물이 실온에서 액체로 존재하기에 충분한 양인 통상적으로 액체인 퍼플루오로알킬 브로마이드의 존재하에 브롬화가 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 탄소수 10이상의 퍼플루오로알킬 요오다이드의 기체상내에서의 열브롬화에 의해 통상적으로 고형인 퍼플루오로알킬 브로마이드를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 통상적으로 액체인 퍼플루오로알킬 브로마이드가 퍼플루오로헥실 브로마이드 또는 퍼루뤼오로옥틸 브로마이드인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Br2/퍼플루오로알킬 요오다이드 몰비가 0.4~2이고, 바람직하게는 0.5~0.8인 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응기에 브롬, 퍼플루오로알킬 요오다이드 및 통상적으로 액체인 퍼플루오로알킬 브로마이드로 구성된 균일 혼합물을 공급하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 초기 C10F21I/C8F17Br 중량비가 0.01~1.5이고, 바람직하게는 0.1~1의 되도록하여 퍼플루오로옥틸 브로마이드 C8F17Br의 존재하에 퍼플루오로데실 요오다이드 C10F21I로부터 퍼플루오로데실 브로마이드를 제조하는 방법.
