Abstract
자동차용 용접 스테이션(1)안에 용접될 기소를 게이트(17,18)이 수반된 고정장치로 실제위치에 고정시킨다. 스테이션 조작이 이루어지는 다수의 용접될 각종 구조물에 상응한 여러쌍의 게이트(17,18)를 설치한다. 게이트(17,18)는 수송라인(2)양면에 종방향 인도되는 동력운반체(20)상에 설치되고 조작위치에 있는 게이트쌍이 신속히 상호교환될 수 있게 한다. 용접될 구조물의 기소는 사전에 서로 연결치 않고 후크(6)에 걸림 작업구역에 도달한다.

Claims (7)
- 압축 시이트 금속기소로 형성된 구조물 특히 자동차체의 스포트 용접장치로서 이것은; 프로그램형 자동 용접수단(16)을 구비한 용접 스테이션(1)과, 용접 스테이션(1)에 연속 용접될 구조를 제공할 라인(2), 용접 스테이션(1)에 구비된 두쌍의 위치지정 게이트(17,18)로 구성되고 작업영역에서 이들이 신속히 상호변화하며 게이트가 서로에 대응된 적절한 조립위치에서 용접될 구조를 형성할 기소를 고정시킬 장치를 수반하고 각 게이트쌍은 용접될 각 구조에 고정장치의 함께 설치되고, 한편 게이트쌍(17,18)은 용접 스테이션(1)의 라인(2)양면에 종방향으로 활주형 설치하고 그결과 대기구역(W1,W2)과 작업구역(L)간 신속 변위할 수 있으며 각 게이트쌍(17,18)은 또한 작업구역(L)에 있을때 일정간격 떨어진 무조작 위치와 고정장치가 용접스테이션에 있는 구조를 결합시킬 수 있는 비교적 근접한 위치사이의 작업구역(L)에 있을때 라인에 대해 횡단변위할 수 있으며, a)위치지정 게이트(17,18)는 라인(2)양면상에 두 트랙(2)을 따라 인도되는 동력 운반체(20)상에 설치되고, b)라인(2)은 최종 조립위치에 근접한 위치에서 용접되는 구조를 형성하는 서로 분리된 각 기소를 지지하기 위한 지지수단(6)이며 c)인도트랙(22)은 작업구역(L)에서 라인(2)의 종방향에 횡단변위하고 무고작위치와 조작위치 사이의 작업구역에 있는 두 위치지정 게이트(17,18)를 변위 시키기 위한 작업구역에 각 위치(23)를 구비하고, d)라인 지지수단(6)은 용접될 구조의 각 측면부(8)에 매달기 위한 이동 지지부(29)로 구성되며 이동 지지부는 라인(2)을 따라 이동시키기 위한 것으로서 측면부가 서로 근접하는 제1위치와 또한 측면부(8)가 서로 떨어져서 작업영역의 무조작위치에 배열된 두가지 위치지정 게이트에 인접하는 제2위치 사이에서 변위할 수 있고 그리하여 위치 지정 게이트(17,18)의 고정 장치로 측변부(8)를 고정시키고 또한 용접구조 형성 기소가 용접구성에서 차단된후 위치지정 게이트를 조작위치로 변위하도록 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 스포트 용접장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라인(2)은 오버헤드 수송기로 되고 지지수단은 용접될 구조물의 각종기소를 지지할 후크(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 스포트 용접장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 후크(6)는 용접될 구조 일부를 형성할 바닥패널(7)을 고정할 부동형 기준핀(13)을 구비하고 핀(13)은 작업구역(L)에 배치된 톱니(28)를 고정시켜 실제 위치에 고정될 하단부(27)를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 스포트 용접장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 위치지정 게이트(17,18)에 한쌍의 운반체(20)가 구비되고 한편 탄성재질의 부쉬(52)를 삽입하여 운반체(20)프레임으로부터 돌출한 횡단편(51)으로 게이트를 지지하며 운반체(20)에 대한 게이트의 작은 수직이동이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스포트 용접장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 작업구역에 고정 구조물(58)상에 회전형으로 설치된 구조물(56)을 수반한 기준 로울러(32)가 있고 이 로울러는 게이트를 장착한 받침기소(31)용 기준시이트를 구성하며 따라서 작업구역(L)내 조작위치에 도달할때 실제위치에 게이트가 고정되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스포트 용접장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 조작위치에서 두 게이트(17)(18)를 연결하는 교차부(34)를 구비하고 프로그램형 용접수단이 대기구역에 있는 상기 교차부(34)를 집어올려 조작위치에 있는 두 게이트위에 설치하는 작업을 하는 로보트(16)이고, 각 교차부(34)의 말단에는 게이트에 연결한 두개의 하단 핀이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 스포트 용접장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 동력운반체(20)위에 설치된 게이트(17,18)를 고정구조물(5)상에 견고히 고정시키는 작동수단(60)를 포함하고 게이트가 무조작 이격위치에 근접한 조작위치까지 라인(2)을 횡단하므로서 기준 로울러(64,67)가 게이트(17,18)에 연결된 결합면(65,66)에 공조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스포트 용접장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
