Abstract
용기내에서 선택적으로 폭기 또는 비폭기적으로 액체를 혼합하기 위한 장치가 수직 축선에 관하여 회전할 수 있도록 용기(1)의 바닥 구역에 배치된 중공의 별형상 다익 회전자(6)를 포함한다. 회전자(6)의 두 대향면 중하나에서 회전자(6)의 중공 내부는 기체 공급라인(15)과 연결되며, 회전자(6)의 회전 방향으로 도시된 바와 같이 추적 측면(11)에서 날개(10)들 각각은 기체 배출구(12)를 구비한다. 액체는 기체-액체 혼합물용 흐름통로로 고정자에 의해 둘러 쌓인 회전자(6)의 두 수평면 중 하나로 들어간다. 기체주사가 없을 때라도 장치가 액체를 순환 시키기 위해 확실히 사용될 수 있도록 회전자는 유입 액체흐름(17)으로 부터 기체 배출구(12)를 통해 배출되는 기체흐름(16)을 분리하기 위해 각각의 안내판(18)들을 각진 틈 또는 공간에 구비한다.

제1도는 액체속으로 기체주사(injection)에 의한 폭기 조작 또는 액체속으로 기체 주사 없이 순수 비폭기 순환 조작에 의해 용기내에서 액체를 선택적으로 처리하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 장치의 부분 절단 측면도,
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선을 따라 취한 제1도에 도시된 장치의 부분 절단 평면도,
제3도는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 장치를 구성하는 회전자의 확대 사시도,
제4도는 축선 단면에서 본 회전자를 적절하게 변경한 구조를 설명하는 본 발명의 변경한 구조를 설명하는 본 발명의 변경 실시예에 따른 장치의 부분 절단 측면도.
Claims (7)
- 수직 축선에 관하여 회전할 수 있도록 용기의 바닥에 배치도니 중공의 별 형상 회전자(6)를 포함하고, 상기 회전자의 중공 내부는 기체 공급 라인의 일단부와 그 수평면에서 연결되며, 회전 방향이 표시된 바와같이 상기 회전자는 각각 한 세트의 기체 배출구를 밖으로 향한 날개들의 추적 측면에 구비하고, 액체는 상기 회전자의 두 수평면 중 하나로 들어오며, 상기 회전자를 둘러싼 고정자를 포함하며, 상기 고정자는 기체-액체 혼합물 용의 흐름 통로를 구성하는, 선택적으로 폭기 또는 비폭기적으로 액체를 혼합하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 회전자로 들어오는 액체 흐름(17)으로 부터 날개의 기체 배출구(12)에서 나오는 기체흐름(16)을 분리 또는 차단하기 위한 각각의 안내판(18)으로 구성되며, 상기 안내판(18)이 회전자(67)의 날개(10)들 사이의 각진 틈 또는 공간에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭기 및/또는 비폭기 액체 혼합용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 흐름(17)을 형성하는 상긴 회전자(6)의 한쪽면에 인접한 각각의 날개(10)의 상기 추적측면(11)에 고착되고, 상기 액체흐름(17)으로 부터 떨어진 회전자(6)의 다른쪽 면을 향해 경사진 상기 안내판(18)들이 회전자(6)의 수직 높이의 최소한 절반이상 확장된 것을 특징으로 하는 폭기 및/또는 비폭기 액체혼합용 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안내판(18)들의 외부 측면 모서리(23)들이 날개 끝들이 궤적을 따라 배치되고 따라서 흐름통로 모서리가 날개 끝으로서 배치된 가상의 실린더부로부터 동일한 거리로 간격진 것을 특징으로 하는 폭기 및/또는 비폭기 액체 혼합용 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 기체 공급라인(15)이 개방되거나 폐쇄됨에 관계없이 회전자(6)가 거의 동일한 속도로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭기 및/또는 비폭기 액체 혼합용 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전자(6)의 회전 속도가 600rpm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폭기 및/또는 비폭기 액체 혼합용 장치.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 고정자(7)의 흐름 통로(9)가 상방을 향한 길일방향 분배구(20)와 파이프(19)들을 분배하는 그 배출 단부로 연결됨으로써 길어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭기 및/또는 비폭기 액체 혼합용 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분배구(20)의 폭 또는 단면적이 파이프(19)의 전 길이에 걸쳐 바깥 방향으로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭기 및/또는 비폭기 액체 혼합용 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
