Description
Le mélange est réalisé par la formation et l'élévation des bulles.
- un récipient destiné à recevoir lesdites substances,
- au moins une buse mobile émettrice de gaz située à l'intérieur et dans la partie inférieure du récipient, la buse étant rendue solidaire d'un axe vertical rotatif par l'intermédiaire d'une tige,
- des moyens d'entraínement de la buse,
- un premier système d'acheminement d'un gaz pour la formation de bulles au
niveau de la buse,
ledit dispositif étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre:
- un deuxième système d'acheminement dudit gaz pour le déplacement de la buse, ledit deuxième système étant mis en relation et se confondant partiellement avec lesdits moyens d'entraínement de la buse,
- des moyens d'interruption momentanée du gaz adaptés pour autoriser l'acheminement du gaz soit dans ledit premier système , soit dans ledit deuxième système.

Une conduite (8) achemine du gaz, par exemple de l'air, vers un distributeur (9) placé au centre du fond du récipient (10). Un injecteur tournant (7) est placé au-dessus du distributeur (9). Quatre tiges creuses (12), rendues solidaires de l'injecteur (7) et disposées horizontalement, s'étendent radialement à partir de ce dernier, chaque tige (12) étant perpendiculaire à la tige (12) adjacente.
A l'extrémité opposée de l'injecteur (7), chaque tige (12) est munie d'une buse (6).
L'extrémité (1) d'une tige (11,12) vient se fixer vers la partie centrale de la plaque circulaire inférieure (3) pour aboutir dans l'espace entre les deux plaques (3,4).
Avant d'accéder dans le distributeur (9), le gaz, dont le chemin est symbolisé par des flèches, passe à travers un filtre (17) et une vanne pneumatique (16), le réglage de la vanne pneumatique (16) étant réglée par un ensemble de régulation (13) commandé à distance (15) et alimenté par un conduit électrique (14).
Dans une première phase, la vanne pneumatique (16) est réglée de façon à ce que le gaz soit acheminé jusqu'aux buses (6) et génère des bulles entre les deux plaques circulaires (3,4). En s'élevant dans le récipient qui contient la ou les substances fluides ou solides, les bulles initient le mélange.
Après une durée déterminée, la vanne pneumatique (16) est actionnée de manière à interrompre l'acheminement du gaz vers les buses (6), ce qui entraíne une interruption de la formation des bulles.
Par le biais d'un système de clapets et de conduits non illustrés sur les figures, le gaz est alors acheminé dans un système, constitué par exemple de pales placées à l'intérieur des injecteurs
tournants (7), de façon à faire tourner ces derniers d'un angle déterminé, par exemple 30°.
Claims (6)
- Dispositif de mise en mouvement de substances fluides ou solides au moyen de bulles de gaz comprenant :un récipient (10) destiné à recevoir lesdites substances,au moins une buse mobile (6) émettrice de gaz située à l'intérieur et dans la partie inférieure du récipient (10), la buse (6) étant rendue solidaire d'un axe vertical rotatif par l'intermédiaire d'une tige (11,12),des moyens d'entraínement (7) de la buse (6),un premier système d'acheminement d'un gaz (7-9,11,12,16,17) pour la formation de bulles au niveau de la buse (6),un deuxième système d'acheminement dudit gaz (7-9, 16, 17) pour le déplacement de la buse (6), ledit deuxième système (7-9, 16, 17) étant mis en relation et se confondant partiellement avec lesdits moyens d'entraínement (7) de la buse (6),des moyens d'interruption momentanée du gaz (13-16) adaptés pour autoriser l'acheminement du gaz soit dans ledit premier système (7-9,11,12,16,17) , soit dans ledit deuxième système (7-9, 16, 17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'entraínement (7) de la buse (6) comprennent des pales.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une pluralité de buses (6) et de tiges (11,12) correspondantes adaptées pour tourner autour dudit axe vertical.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend plusieurs séries de buses (6), chaque série étant définie par une longueur de tige (11,12) spécifique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé par le fait que chaque buse (6) comprend deux plaques (3,4) superposées et maintenues à distance l'une par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'entretoises (2), le premier système d'acheminement du gaz (7-9,11,12,16,17) débouchant sensiblement vers le centre de la plaque inférieure (3), dans l'espace situé entre les deux plaques (3,4).
- Méthode de mise en oeuvre du dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une succession de cycles comprenant chacun les étapes suivantes :injection de gaz au niveau de la ou des buses (6) via le premier système d'acheminement du gaz (7-9,11,12,16,17),formation et émission d'au moins une bulle dans le récipient (10),interruption de l'acheminement du gaz dans ledit premier système (7-9,11,12,16,17),injection de gaz dans le deuxième système d'acheminement du gaz (7-9, 16, 17),rotation de la ou des buses (6) d'un angle déterminé autour de l'axe vertical,interruption de l'acheminement du gaz dans ledit deuxième système (7-9, 16, 17).
