Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 불소화 알킬 유도체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)로 나타내어지는 신규한 불소화 알킬 화합물의 제조방법 및 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 신규한 알킬유도체 화합물에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R은 탄소수가 2 내지 4개인 저급알킬, 시클로헥실 및 티오펜이거나, 수소 또는 저급알킬, 할로알킬, 할로겐 및 알콕시기로 치환된 페닐기이며; 및, Rf는 불소가 치환된 탄소수가 1 내지 3개의 저급알킬기이다.
본 발명의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물은 농약 및 의약의 활성성분으로 이용될 수 있으며, 또한, 유효성분을 합성하는 중간체로도 유용하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 불소화 알킬케탈 유도체.
    상기식에서, R은 탄소수가 2 내지 4개인 저급알킬, 시클로헥실 및 티오펜이거나, 수소, 탄소수가 1 내지 6개인 알킬, 할로알킬, 할로겐 및 알콕시기로 치환된 페닐기이며; 및, Rf는 불소가 치환된 탄소수가 1 내지 3개의 저급알킬기이다.
  2. 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 불소화 알킬케톤 화합물을 루이스 산 존재하에 티오펠과 반응시켜 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R 및 Rf는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 촉매로서 염화 알루미늄, 플루오르화붕소-에틸에테르, 염화철(Ⅲ), 염화주석(Ⅳ) 및 염화티탄(Ⅳ)으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 루이스 산을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 반응용매는 이염화메탄, 디클로로에탄 및 사염화탄소로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)이 불소화 알킬 화합물을 환원시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R 및 Rf는 제 1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 환원제로서는 라니니켈, 수소화알루미늄리튬, 수소화붕소나트륨 및 수소화삼부틸주석으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 5항에 있어서, 환원제로 수소화삼부틸주석을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 5항에 있어서, 반응용매로는 에테르, 테트라히드로후란, 벤젠 및 톨루엔으로 구성된 그룹으로 선택된1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 5항에 있어서, 촉매로서 라디칼 개시제를 추가로 사용하는 방법.
