Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 CRT의 대형화, 플랫패널화에 대응하여 CRT를 경량화하고 또한 방폭성도 향상시키고 또한 간략한 공정으로 낮은 코스트로 제조할 수 있도록 한다.
본 발명의 구성은 패널글라스(4)를 이용한 음극선관에 있어서, 이 패널글라스(4)가 프레스 성형후 외면연마를 실시하지 않은 것으로 이루고 그 위에 이 패널글라스(4)와 굴절율의 차이가 0.8%이내의 자외선 경화수지층(11) 및 광투과성필름 (12)이 차례로 적층되어 있다.

Description

음극선관 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예의 음극선관의 단면도이다. 제2도는 본 발명의 음극선관의 패널글라스에 광투과성 필름을 적층하는 공정의 설명도이다. 제3도는 본 발명의 광투과성 필름과 보호시트로 되는 적층의 설명도이다. 제4도는 본 발명의 음극선관의 패널글라스에 광투과성 필름을 적층하는 공정의 설명도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 패널글라스를 이용한 음극선관에 있어서, 이 패널글라스가 외면연마를 실시하지 않은 패널글라스로 되고, 그 위에 이 패널글라스와 굴절율의 차이가 0.8%이내의 자외선 경화수지층, 및 광투과성필름이 차례로 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 패널글라스의 표면가공공정을 포함한 음극선관의 제조방법에 있어서, 패널글라스의 표면가공공정이 외면연마를 실시하고 있지 않은 패널글라스 위에 이 패널글라스와 굴절율의 차이가 0.8%이내의 경화물을 부여하는 자외선 경화수지 조성물을 도포하고 그 위에 광투과성필름을 피착시켜 그후 자외선을 조사하여 자외선 경화수지조성물을 경화시키고, 패널글라스와 자외선 경화수지와 광투과성필름을 일체화시키는 공정으로 되는 음극선관의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 패널글라스보다도 면적이 크고 또한 패널글라스의 외형과 같은 형태의 끊어진 눈금을 가지는 광투과성필름을 보호시트에 미리 부착시켜놓고, 이 보호시트에 부착시킨 광투과성필름을 패널글라스에 도포한 자외선 경화수지 조성물에 피착시키고, 자외선을 조사하여 자외선 경화수지 조성물을 경화시킨후, 보호시트와 함께 광투과성필름의 패널글라스의 외형보다도 외측부분을 박리제거하는 음극선관의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 한 개의 면에 자외선을 투과하는 투명고무시트를 가지는 진공용기에 광투과성 필름을 피착한 패널글라스를 수용하고 그 진공용기내를 배기하면서 투명고무시트위에서 광투과성필름을 수퀴지하고 투명고무시트위에서 자외선을 조사하여 자외선 경화수지 조성물을 경화시키는 음극선관의 제조방법.
