Abstract

본 발명은 스텔라이트(Stellite) 1 및 6과 같은 기존의 코발트 기본 합금에 비하여 코발트 함량이 상당히 감소되고, 표준 절삭법을 사용할 경우 절삭가능하고, 기밀 균열 패턴의 경질 표면 또는 활면으로 침착시킬 수 있으며, 냉각시 응력균열하지 않고, 핵발전소에서 장시간 작업자의 방사선 노출을 상당히 감소시키고, 스텔라이트 1 및 6과 같은 코발트 기본 합금보다 경도가 우수하며, 마찰계수가 작고 금속 대 금속의 마모 손실과 침식 손실이 적은 오스테나이트계 합금을 제공한다. 합금 함량은 약 38.0 내지 62.0중량%이고 코발트 함량은 약 3.00 내지 약 9.00중량%이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 탄소, 크롬, 니켈, 올리브덴, 망간 및 규소와 약 9중량% 이하의 코발트로 이루어진 합금 원소를 약 38 내지 62중량% 포함하는 철 기본 오스테나이트계 합금(austenitic alloy).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 합금 원소를 약 42 내지 44중량% 포함하는 합금.
  3. 합금 성분이 크롬 20.00 내지 30.00중량%, 니켈 7.00 내지 9.00중량%, 몰리브덴 5.00 내지 9.00중량%, 코발트 3.00 내지 9.00중량% 및 망간 0.50 내지 3.00중량%이고, 탄소 0.02 내지 0.80중량%를 함유하는 합금 원소 약 38 내지 62중량%를 포함하는 철 기본 오스테나이트계 합금.
  4. 합금 성분이 크롬 20.00 내지 30.00중량%, 니켈 7.00 내지 9.00중량%, 몰리브덴 5.00 내지 9.00중량%, 코발트 3.00 내지 9.00중량% 및 망간 0.50 내지 3.00중량%이고, 탄소 0.02 내지 0.80중량%를 함유하는 합금 원소 약 42 내지 약 44중량%를 포함하는 철 기본 오스테나이트계 합금.
