Claims (10)

  1. C 0.04-0.25% Si 0.1-2% Mn 2-15% Cr 16-23% Ni 8-14% N 0.10-1.5% V 0.1-2.5% 나머지는 철 및 불순물로 구성되고 또한 상기 원소의 함량이 균형을 이루어서 오오스테나이스상(phase)이 안정하게 유지되고 그 결과 연장축소 과정에서도 마르텐사이트로 전환되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도의 침전-경화성 무-자성강(steel)합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원소간의 상호 균형으로 오오스테나이트상이 안정하게 유지되고 그결과 70%이상의 두께 축소를 가져오는 냉간 가공에서 마르텐사이트로 전환되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 강합금.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 질소함량이 0.15-0.6%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강합금.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소함량이 0.04-0.20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강합금.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 함량이 0.1-1%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강합금.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 망간함량이 4-10% 특히 4-7.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강합금.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬함량이 16-21%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강합금.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 니켈함량이 9-12%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강합금.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 바나듐 함량이 0.25-2%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강합금.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 질소함량이 0.2-0.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강합금.
