Abstract

본 발명의 핫멜트 압감접착제 조성물은 5~50중량%의 히드록시프로필 셀룰로스와, 30중량%까지의 양으로 존재하는 스티렌 블록 코폴리머와, 약 85%는 불용성 가소제로 될 수 있는 5~40중량%의 가소제와, 20~70중량%의 점착성 수지와, 0~3중량%의 안정화제로 이루어지고, 각 성분의 총량이 100중량%이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 5~50중량%의 히드록시프로필 셀룰로스와, 30중량%까지의 양으로 존재하는 스티렌 블록 코폴리머와, 약 85%는 불용성 가소제로 될 수 있는 5~40중량%의 가소제와, 20~70중량%의 점착성 수지와, 0~3중량%의 안정화제로 이루어지고, 각 성분의 총량이 100중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 압감접착제 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 점착성 수지는 자연상태에서 극성이고, 링 앤드 볼(Ring and Ball) 연화점이 60℃이상이고, 천연 및 변성 로진, 페놀변성된 터펜수지 및 그 수소화된 유도체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 압감접착제 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 가소제는 프탈레이트 가소제 디옥틸 프탈레이트, 액체 폴리에스테르, 벤조에이트 가소제, 포스페이트 가소제, 분자량이 1000 이하인 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)과 그 유도체, 링 앤드 볼 융점이 60℃ 이하인 액체로진 유도체, 식물성 및 동물성 오일 및 그 중합생성물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하느 핫멜트 압감접착제 조성물.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 가소제는 폴리에틸렌-글리콜의 페닐 에테르 또는 비스페놀 A의 에토일레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 압감접착제 조성물.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 스티렌 블록 코폴리머는 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌, 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌, 스티렌-에틸렌 부틸렌-스티렌 및 스티렌-에틸렌 프로필렌-스티렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 압감접착제 조성물.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 20중량%까지의 스티렌 블록 코폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 압감접착제 조성물.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 스티렌 블록 코폴리머는 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 압감접착제 조성물.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, 블록 코폴리머는 44%의 스티렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 압감접착제 조성물.
  9. 물에 침수되면 점착성을 잃는 핫멜트 압감접착제로서, 10~50중량%의 히드록시프로필 셀룰로스와, 30중량%까지의 양으로 존재하는 스티렌 블록 코폴리머와, 85%는 불용성 가소제로 될 수 있는 5~40중량%의 가소제와, 20~70중량%의 점착성 수지와, 0~3중량%의 안정화제로 이루어지고, 각 성분의 총량이 100중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 압감접착제.
