Abstract

본 발명은 석탄연소시의 크링커 생성방지용 첨가제에 관한 것으로서, 이산화규소, 산화알루미늄, 산화아연, 염화구리, 질산칼륨, 산화마그네슘, 탄산캄슘, 산화크롬, 산화제 2 철로 된 종래의 첨가제의 성분을 개선하여, 산화크롬 대신에 탄산마그네슘을 사용하고 산화제 2 철의 함량을 상대적으로 많게 함으로써, 석탄을 사용하는 외연식 열기관에서 불가피하게 발생되는 재를 분말화하기 쉽게 하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 이산화규소 40% 이상, 산화알루미늄 14% 이상, 산화아연 7.5% 이상, 마그네슘 산화물 8% 이상, 염화구리 5% 이상, 질산칼륨 3.5% 이상, 탄산칼슘 3% 이상, 탄산마그네슘 0.8% 이상, 산화제 2 철(Ⅲ) 1.8% 이상의 조성으로 되고, 60메쉬 이상 100% 200메쉬 통과 85% 이상의 분말로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 석탄연소시의 크링커 생성방지용 첨가제.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 마그네슘 산화물이 산화마그네슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄연소시의 크링커 생성방지용 첨가제.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 마그네슘 산화물이 수산화마그네슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄연소시의 크링커 생성 방지용 첨가제.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 마그네슘 산화물이 산화마그네슘과 수산화마그네슘의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄연소시의 크링커 생성방지용 첨가제.
