Abstract

인버터 장치의 밖으로 누설되는 고조파전류에 의한 유도장해를 간단한 구성으로 저감한다.
인버터 장치 광체와 수열판간을 절연하고, 수열판과 필터콘덴서간을 소정의 인덕턴스로 접속한다.
고조파전류는, 스위칭 소자 내부의 정전용량과 인덕턴스로 구성되는 공진필터를 통해서 필터콘덴서에 바이패스되므로, 간단한 구성으로 유도장해를 저감할 수가 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 절연체를 통해서 스위칭 소자와 냉각수단이 맞붙여진 구성을 가지는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 그 냉각 수단과 이 스위칭 소자의 전원의 접지측을 접속한 것을 특징으로 한 전력변환장치.
  2. 절연체를 통해서 스위칭 소자와 냉각수단이 맞붙여진 구성을 가지는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 이 냉각수단과 이 전력변환장치가 수납되는 광체와의 사이의 절연을 실시하고, 이 냉각수단과 이 스위칭 소자의 전원의 접지측을 접속한 것을 특징으로 한 전력변환장치.
  3. 절연체를 통해서 스위칭 소자와 냉각수단이 맞붙여진 구성을 가지는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 이 냉각 수단과 이 스위칭 소자의 전원의 접지측을 소정의 인덕턴스 성분을 가지는 도선으로 접속한 것을 특징으로 한 전력변환장치.
  4. 절연체를 통해서 스위칭 소자와 냉각수단이 맞붙여진 구성을 가지는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 이 냉각수단과 이 전력변환장치가 수납되는 광체와의 사이의 절연을 실시하고, 이 냉각수단과 이 스위칭 소자의 전원의 접지측을 소정의 인덕턴스성분을 가지는 도선으로 접속한 것을 특징으로 한 전력변환장치.
  5. 절연체를 통해서 스위칭 소자와 냉각수단이 맞붙여진 구성을 2이상 가지는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 이들의 냉각수단과 이들의 전력변환장치가 수납되는 광체와의 사이의 절연을 실시하고, 이들 냉각수단과 이들 스위칭 소자의 전원의 접지측을 접속한 것을 특징으로 한 전력변환장치.
  6. 스위칭 소자와 냉각수단이 맞붙여진 구성을 가지는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자는 냉각수단과 맞붙인 면에서 정전용량을 가지는 것이며, 이 냉각수단과 이 스위칭 소자의 전원의 접지측을 소정의 인덕턴스성분을 가지는 도선으로 접속한 것을 특징으로 한 전력변환장치.
  7. 스위칭 소자의 냉각수단이 맞붙여진 구성을 가지는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자는 냉각수단과 맞붙인 면에서 정전용량을 가지는 것이며, 이 냉각수단과 이 전력변환장치가 수납되는 광체와의 사이의 절연을 실시하고, 이 냉각수단과 이 스위칭 소자의 전원의 접지측을 소정의 인덕턴스성분을 가지는 도선으로 접속한 것을 특징으로 한 전력변환장치.
  8. 절연체를 통해서 스위칭 소자와 냉각수단이 맞붙여진 구성을 가지는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 이 전력변환장치가 수납되는 광체와 이 스위칭 소자의 전원과의 사이에 접지스위치를 구비하고, 이 냉각수단과 이 전력변환장치가 수납되는 광체와 의 사이의 절연을 실시하고, 이 냉각수단과 상기 접지스위치의 광체측을 접속한 것을 특징으로 한 전력변환장치.
  9. 스위칭 소자를 ON OFF하므로서 전력변환을 행하는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자는 프러스측 전극과 소정의 면의 사이에 정전용량을 가지며, 이 소정의 면과 이 스위칭 소자의 마이너스측 전극을 접속한 것을 특징으로 한 전력변환장치.
