Abstract

박관 주조용 주입 노즐은 상반부(6)와 하반부(7)로 나누어져 있음. 상반부(6)는 일측방향에서 하반부(7)쪽으로 하향 확대되고 그와 직각으로 되는 타측 방향에서 하반부(6)쪽으로 하향 축소된 유로(12)를 갖고 있음. 각 부분의 제조 및 교체를 간편하게 하기 위하여 주입 노즐은 분리된 성형체(3),(4),(5)로 구성하였음. 성형체(3),(4),(5)들은 그들의 단부에서 서로 결합되고 결합부에는 밀봉구(20)가 설치되었음.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 주입 노즐의 종단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 주입 노즐을 제1도와 직각으로 되는 제1도 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선에서 절단한 종단면도이고, 제3도는 주입 노즐의 삽입 부분에 대한 다른 형태를 보인 단면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 상반부와 하반부로 나누어지고 상반부는 일측방향에서는 하반부쪽을 향하여 길게 넓어지고 그와 직각으로 되는 방향에서는 협소하게 축소된 유로를 갖고 있으며 하반부는 삽입부분을 구성하는 박판주조용 주입노즐에 있어서, 이 주입 노즐이 별도로 분리된 성형체(3),(4),(5)를 포함하는 상반부(6)와 하반부(7)로 구성되고, 성형체(3),(4),(5)는 그들의 단부(10),(11),(15),(16) 사이에 삽입된 밀봉구(20)에 의하여 서로 결합되었음을 특징으로 하는 주입 노즐.
  2. 청구범위 1항에서, 상반부(6)가 두개의 성형체(3),(4)로 구성되고, 상부 성형체(3)는 용융금속을 받아들이는 튜브형 유로(9)를 갖고 있으며 중간 성형체(4)는 일측 방향에서는 하향 축소되게 형성되고 그와 직각으로 되는 방향에서는 하향 확대되게 형성된 유로(12)를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 주입 노즐.
  3. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에서, 단부(10,11),(15,16)이 서로 원추형으로 결합되었음을 특징으로 하는 주입 노즐.
  4. 전술한 청구범위중의 한 항에서, 성형체(3),(4)들이 각각 그 하방에 있는 성형체(4),(5)내에 결합되었음을 특징으로 하는 주입 노즐.
  5. 전술한 청구범위중의 한 항에서, 삽입 부분(8)을 갖고 있는 하부 성형체(5)가 유로단면(13)을 가로지르는 격벽(17)을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 주입 노즐.
  6. 전술한 청구범위중의 한 항에서, 하부 성형체(5)가 배출통로(18)를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 주입 노즐.
  7. 전술한 청구범위중의 한 항에서, 하부 성형체(5)가 경사진 배출구(18')(19')를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 주입 노즐.
  8. 전술한 청구범위중의 한 항에서, 하부 성형체(5)가 지지구(26)와 결합되는 턱(25)을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 주입 노즐.
  9. 전술한 청구범위중의 한 항에서, 밀봉구(20)가 원륜상 통로(21)와 이 통로의 상하방에 설치된 탄축성 밀봉링(22),(23)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 주입 노즐.
