Abstract

본 발명에서는 수소와 카본 블랙을 생성시키기 위하여 탄화수소를 분해시키는 방법이 제공된다. 이 방법에서, 공급물 스톡은 공급물 스톡의 열분해를 유발시키는 플라즈마 토오치를 통해 이송된다. 공급물 스톡은 냉각된 유도튜브(1)를 경유하여 플라즈마 토오치(A)를 통해 운반되고 프라즈마 플레임과 근접한 영역에서 먼저 가열된다. 플라즈마 플레임 바로 밑에 있는 영역에서 탄화수소 물질과 플라즈마 가스의 혼합이 일어나며, 이때 온도는 원료의 분해온도보다 증가된다. 이 영역에서 유리 수소와 탈수된 탄소물질이 액체방울형태로 생성된다. 그로써 생성된 물질은 하나 또는 그 이상의 후속단으로 이송되어, 그곳에서 카본블랙 및 수소로의 탄화수소의 최종적이고 완전한 분해가 일어난다. 이 영역에서는 추가의 원료가 첨가되어 이미 생성된 카본블랙을 담금질하고 그것과 반응한다. 그로써 생성된 입자의 크기, 밀도 및 양이, 추가의 에너지 공급없이 증가되며, 그런 다음 생성된 생성물은 방출되어 분리되고, 고온가스가 복귀 파이프를 통해 토오치로 운반되어 추가로 에너지 수율을 증가시킨다.

Claims (4)

  1. 공급물 스톡이 공급물 스톡이 열분해를 유발시키는 플라즈마 토오치를 통하여 이송되고, 반응이 반응 영역에서 일어나는, 수소와 카본블랙을 생성시키기 위한 탄화수소의 분해방법에 있어서, 공급물 스톡, 바람직하게는 메탄이 온도-제어된 유도튜브로 플라즈마 토오치를 통하여 전달되어서 메탄이 유도튜브를 이탈할때 1000℃ 이하, 바람직하게는 400℃ 내지 600℃ 사이의 온도를 가지며, 공급물 스톡이 플라즈마 플레임 바로 옆에 있는 영역에서 첫번째로 거의 균일하게 가열되고, 공급물 스톡이 플라즈마 토오치의 플레임과 관련하여 중심적으로 공급되며, 플라즈마 플레임 바로 뒤의 영역에서 탄화수소물질과 바람직하게는 수소이며 재순환되는 플라즈마 가스와의 혼합이 일어나고, 그때의 온도는 원료의 분해 온도인 1600℃ 보다 높게 증가되며, 이 영역에서 액체 방울 형태로 유리수소와 탈수된 탄소물질이 형성되고, 그로써 형성된 물질은 온도가 1200℃ 내지 1600℃ 사이의 온도로 유지되고 탄화수소의 수소 및 카본블랙으로의 최종 및 완전한 분해가 수행되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 후속단으로 이송되며, 추가의 새로운 물질이 이 영역에 첨가되어 이 제조된 카본블랙을 담금질하고 그것과 반응함으로써, 추가의 에너지 공급이 없어도 생성된 입자의 크기, 밀도 및 양이 증가되며, 그런다음 생성된 생성물이 방출 및 분리되고, 고온가스가 복귀 파이프를 통해 토오치로 운반되어 추가로 에너지 수율을 증가시킬 수 있으며, 그리고 반응영역내의 온도가 반응물 및 플라즈마 가스에 대한 공급속도를 조정함에 의해 및/또는 플라즈마 토오치로의 에너지 공급을 조절함에 의해 및/또는 반응영역의 압력을 조정함에 의해 제어됨으로써, 생성된 카본블랙의 질이 제어되어 원하는 질이 달성되는 것이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 분해방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방법의 마지막 단에서 외부 플라즈마 토오치가 온도제어를 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 플라즈마 토오치와 반응챔버를 포함하는, 탄화수소를 분해하기 위한 제1항의 방법을 실시하는데 사용하기 위한 장치로서, 플라즈마 토오치에 공급물 스톡을 위한 중심의 온도-제어된 유도 튜브가 구비되어 있으며, 최소한 3개의 전극을 포함하고, 그것들은 반응챔버의 단부에 위치해 있고, 반응챔버의 내부는 탄소로 라이닝 처리되어 있으며, 추가의 공급물 스톡을 위한, 가능하게는 추가의 플라즈마 토오치를 설치하기 위한 유도 오프닝을 측벽 영역에 가지고 있고, 그리고 플라즈마 토오치 반대쪽에 있는 반응챔버의 단부에는 최종 생성물을 위한 출구부 및 또한 생성된 가스, 즉, 수소를 플라즈마 토오치로 유도하기 위한 재순환 파이프가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 공급물 스톡에 존재하는 것외에 다른 물질, 특히 부착되는 물질이 분해 생성물에 포함되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
