Abstract
가변폭 캘리퍼를 갖춘 디스크 브레이크(100)는 로터(51)의 둘레에 걸쳐서 뻗어있는 한쌍의 이동부재(20, 30)와 연결되는 제1및 제2브리지부재(14, 15)를 포함하고 있다. 각각의 이동부재(20, 30)는 앵커연장부(37A, 38A)위에 장착된다.
각각의 가동부재(20, 30)의 내부 끝은 너트(28, 29)에 나사식으로 장착되는 나사부(26, 36)를 포함하고 있다. 너트(28, 29)는 가동부재(20, 30)의 둘레 미끄럼 이동가능하게 배치되는 결합된 액츄에이터의 슬리브(10, 11)의 래칫톱니(10A, 11A)와 맞물리는 한축 끝상에 래칫톱니(12, 13)를 가지고 있다. 각각의 액츄에이터 슬리브(10, 11)는 그 원주둘레에 기어톱니(10C, 11C)를 포함하고 있다. 제2브리지부재(15)는 가동부재(20, 30) 위에 미끄럼이동 가능하게 장착된다. 액츄에이터 슬리브(10, 11)의 기어톱니(10C, 11C)는 하우징(115) 이 피스톤(117)과 함께 한쌍의 유압챔버(120, 122)를 형성하는 하우징(115)내에 양면피스톤(117)을 포함하는 동력식 랙부재(110)에 의해서 맞물린다.
양면 피스톤(117)은 유압이 양면 피스톤(117)의 이동 및 랙(130)의 대응측방향 이동을 달성할 수 있도록 피스톤(117)을 동력식 랙부채(110)의 랙(130)과 연결시키는 연결아암(125)을 포함하고 있다. 랙(130)의 축방향 이도이은 맞물린 래칫톱니(10A, 11A;12, 13)를 통하여 너트(28, 29)가 회전하여 가동부재(20, 30)의 병진운동을 달성하도록 하는 액츄에이터 슬리브(10, 11)의 회전을 달성한다. 액츄에이트 슬리브(10, 11)는 너트(28, 29)가 가동부재(20, 30)를 따라 그 위치를 변화시킴에 따라 제2브리지부재(15)및 마찰라이닝기구(16)를 로터(51)에 대해 이동시키는 로울러 쓰러스트 베어링(44, 45)과 맞물리며, 이러한 작용에 의해서, 가동부재(20, 30)는 제1브리지부재(14)의 마찰라이닝기구(17)가 로터(51)와 외면과 맞물린 상태로 되도록 한다. 제2브리지부재(14)는 작동액에 의해서 작동가능한 피스톤을 각각 수용하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 보어(50)를 포함하고 있다.

Claims (10)
- 가변폭을 구비한 동력 작동식 디스크 브레이크에 있어서, 자동차의 로터(51)를 자로질러 뻗어 있으며 제1브리지부재(14)와 제2브리지부재(15)를 각각 연결하고, 그 한쪽끝에 너트수단(28, 29)을 나사식으로 수용하는 나사수단(26, 36)을 각각 가진 한쌍의 이격된 가동부재(20, 30), 마찰라이닝수단(17, 16)을 가지는 각각의 브리지부재(14, 15), 톱니수단(12, 13)을 포함하고 하나의 축끝에 있는 각각의 너트수단, 각각의 가동부재(20, 30)둘레에 있으며 각각의 너트수단(28, 29)의 톱니수단(12, 13)과 맞물리는 톱니수단(10A, 11A)을 하나 축표면에 가지고 있고 기어톱니(10C, 11C)를 각각 가진 액츄에이터 슬리브(10, 11), 가동부재(20, 30)상에서 미끄럼 이동가능하게 수용되는 제2브리지부재(15). 너트수단(28, 29)이 회전하여 가동부재(20, 30)의 병진운동을 달성하도록 하는 액츄에이트 슬리브(10, 11)의 회전을 동력식 랙부재(110)의 작동이 달성하며 이에 따라 브리지부재(14, 15)가 각각의 마찰라이닝수단(17, 16)을 상기 로터와 맞물림하도록 액츄에이터 슬리브(10, 11)의 기어톱니(10C, 11C)와 맞물리는 톱니(138)를 가진 동력식 랙부재를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동력식 랙부재(110)는 아암(125)에 의해서 랙(130)과 연결된 양면 피스톤(117)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 양면 피스톤(117)은 피스톤의 각각의 끝이 하우징과 함께 작동액용 압력챔버를 형성하도록 하우징(115)내에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제3항에 있어서, 동력식 랙부재(110)의 하우징(115)은 제2브리지부재(15)의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 피스톤(117)과 랙(130)은 서로 평행하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 너트수단(28, 29)은 너트수단의 결합된 축부가 변경될 수 있고 너트수단(28, 29)의 나사부(38, 39)가 각각의 너트수단(28, 29)의 회전에 저항하는 소정의 마찰맞물림상태로 각각의 가동부재(20, 30)의 나사부(26, 36)와 맞물릴 수 있도록 횡단개구부수단(28A, 29A)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각각의 너트수단(28, 29)은 너트수단(28B, 29B)의 수동회전용 공구를 수용하도록 한쌍의 원주방향으로 대향된 외부슬롯(28B, 29B)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2브리지부재(15)는 피스톤(52)이 배치되는 적어도 하나의 보어(50)를 포함하고 있으며, 이 보어(50)는 가압될때 상기 피스톤(52)의 외측으로 이동하여 각각의 마찰라이닝수단(16)과 맞물림상태로 되도록 하는 작동액을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 보어(50)는 상기 피스톤(52)의 외측운동을 제한하는 유지링(33) 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 (20,30)의 가동부재(20,30)는 제1브리지부재(14)와 맞물리는 원형헤드(18,19)및 스롤라인(20A,30A)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
