Abstract

N.N′-디알킬-또는 N,N′-디아릴디설폰아미드를 적합한 촉매의 존재하에 디에폭사이드와 중합시켜 제조한 하이드록시-작용성 폴리(에테르 설폰아미드)는 높은 차단 특성을 나타낸다.
이들 화합물은 산소에 대해 높은 차단성을 나타내는 강성 용기 및 가요성 막과 같은 제품을 제조하는데 사용하기에 적합하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 주쇄중의 방향족 에테르 잔기 및 설폰아미드 잔기와 팬던트 하이드록실 잔기를 갖는 열가소성 차단 중합체.
  2. 하기 일반식의 하이드록시-작용성 폴리(에테르 설폰아미드)를 포함하는 열가소성 중합체.
    상기식에서, R1은 각각 독립적으로 알킬, 아릴, 치환된 알킬 또는 치환된 아릴 잔기이고, R2는 각각 독립적으로 주로 하이드로카빌렌 잔기 또는 2가 방향족 잔기이며, R3은 각각 독립적으로 2가 방향족 잔기이고, n은 10 내지 1,000의 자연수이며, X는 일반식의 잔기(여기서, R3은 위에서 정의한 바와 같다)이고, Y는 일반식의 잔기(여기서, R1및 R2는 위에서 정의한 바와 같다)이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 독립적으로 메틸 또는 하이드록시에틸 잔기이고, R2가 독립적으로 m-페닐렌 또는 4,4-비페닐렌 잔기이며 R3이 독립적으로 p-페닐렌, 4,4′-이소프로필리덴디페닐렌, 4,4′-설포닐디페닐렌 또는 4,4′-티오디페닐렌 잔기인 중합체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1이 메틸 잔기이고, R2가 m-페닐렌 잔기이며 R3이 p-페닐렌 잔기인 중합체.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, R1이 메틸 잔기이고 R2가 m-페닐렌 잔기이며 R3이 4,4′-이소프로필레덴디페닐렌 잔기인 중합체.
  6. 하기 일반식의 N,N′-디알킬- 또는 N,N′-디알리디설폰 아미드를 촉매의 존재하에 디글리시딜 에테르와 중합시킴을 포함하여, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 열가소성 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 오늄 촉매가 테트라에틸암모늄 하이드록사이드 또는 에틸트리페닐포스포늄 아세테이트인 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 디글리시딜 에테르가 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 방법.
    상기식에서, R3은 위에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  9. 차단 용기, 차단 막 또는 차단 피막 형태의 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 중합체.
