Abstract

"COMPOSTO POLIMéRICO COMPREENDENDO UM POLIéSTER OU POLIéSTER HIDRóXI-FUNCIONALIZADO E UMA CARGA INORGâNICA, MéTODO PARA PREPARá-LA E SEU USO". Um composto polimérico compreendendo uma matriz de hidróxi-fenoxiéster ou um polímero de hidróxi-fenoxiéter e uma carga inorgânica é preparada fundindo sob fusão o polímero e uma carga inorgânica. A carga pode ser um óxido metálico, hidróxido metálico, carbonato metálico, nitreto metálico, carbeto metálico ou boreto metálico inorgânicos. Métodos para a preparação de compostos poliméricos envolvendo polimerização tipo in situ também podem ser usados. Os compostos poliméricos apresentam capabilidades de barreira aumentadas com relação a polímeros não modificados.
