Claims (3)
- 동일 평면상을 통하여 센타빔 및 이 한쌍의 사이드빔으로 이루어지는 일렬배치의 3전자빔을 발생하는 수단과, 저자빔이 주사되어 부딪치면 광선을 발하는 형광스크린과, 실질적으로 대향하는 제1전극과 제2전극을 적어도 포함하고, 이들 제1 및 제2전극의 대향면에 각각 상기 3전자빔의 배열방향으로 센타빔 통과구멍 및 한쌍의 사이드빔 통과구멍으로 이루어진 3개의 전자빔의 통과구멍이 일렬배치로 형성되고, 이들 전자빔 통과구멍 중 상기 제1전극의 한쌍의 사이드빔 통과구멍에 대해서 상기 제2전극의 한쌍의 사이드빔 통과구멍이 상기 3전자빔의 배열방향의 외측으로 기울고, 또 상기 제1 및 제2전극의 어느 것이든 한쪽의 사이드빔 통과구멍이 상기 3전자빔의 배열방향을 거의 원호형태로 하고, 이 원호형태의 원호의 길이가 상기 3전자빔의 배열방향의 내측과 외측에서 다른 실질적으로 가로가 긴 형상으로 형성되어 있는 전극구조와, 제1전극에 제1전위를 부여하고, 제2전극에 제1전위보다도 상대적으로 고전위의 제2전위를 부여하여 전자빔을 형광스크린에 집속하는 주전자렌즈를 그 사이에 형성하는 전위부여수단과, 일렬배치의 3전자빔을 편향하여 상기 형광체스크린을 수평, 수직 주사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편향수단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1전극의 한쌍의 사이드빔 통과구멍이 실질적으로 가로가 긴 형상으로 형성되고, 이 한쌍의 사이드빔 통과구멍의 3전자빔의 배열방향에서 내측의 원호의 길이가 외측의 길이 보다도 길고, 이 제1전극과 제2전극과의 사이에 한쌍의 사이드빔을 수직방향으로 집속하는 4극자렌즈 성분을 갖는 전자렌즈가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편향수단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2전극의 한쌍의 사이드빔 통과구멍이 실질적으로 가로가 긴 형상으로 형성되고, 이 한쌍의 사이드빔 통과구멍의 3전자빔의 배열방향의 내측의 원호의 길이가 외측의 원호의 길이보다도 짧고, 이 제1전극과 제2전극과의 사이에 한쌍의 사이드빔을 수직방향으로 발산하는 4극자렌즈 성분을 갖는 전자렌즈가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편향장치.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
