Abstract

폐열보일러는 원통형 셸내에 입구끝과 출구끝을 갖춘 복수의 열교환튜브 ; 상기 셸에 부착되어 있으며 상기 튜브의 셸 측면상에 물을 유입시키는 수단; 물/증기를 발생시키고 유입된 공정흐름을 냉각하기 위하여 상기 튜브의 셸 측면상의 물과 간접적인 열교환에 의해 고온공정흐름을 상기 튜브의 입구끝으로 유입시키고 상기 가스흐름을 상기 튜브를 통하여 통과시키는 수단; 발생된 물/증기를 후퇴시키는 수단; 및 상기 냉각된 가스흐름을 후퇴시키는 수단을 포함하고 있으며, 여기에서 상기 튜브는 증기의 발생과 공정흐름의 냉각을 제어하기 위하여 튜브다발 사이의 고온가스흐름의 유동분배 및 유량을 조절하는 수단이 구비된 적어도 2개의 튜브다발로 배열되어 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 운통형 셸내의 입구끝과 출구끝을 갖춘 복수의 열교환튜브; 상기 셸에 부착되어 있으며 상기 튜브의 셸 측면상에 물을 유입시키는 수단; 물/증기를 발생시키고 유입된 공정흐름을 냉각하기 위하여 상기 튜브의 셸 측면상의 물과 간접적인 열교환에 의해 고온공정흐름을 상기 튜브의 입구끝으로 유입시키고 상기 가스흐름을 상기 튜브를 통하여 통과시키는 수단; 발생된 물/증기를 후퇴시키는 수단; 및 상기 냉각된 가스흐름을 후퇴시키는 수단을 포함하고 있으며, 여기에서 상기 튜브는 증기의 발생과 공정흐름의 냉각을 제어하기 위하여 튜브다발 사이의 고온가스흐름의 유동분배 및 유량을 조절하는 수단이 구비된 적어도 2개의 튜브다발로 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열보일러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고온가스흐름의 유동분배를 조절하기 위한 수단을 각각의 튜브다발상에서 상기 튜브의 출구끝에 장착된 출구챔버내의 제어밸브로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열보일러.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 튜브다발은 서로다른 개수의 튜브를 내포하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열보일러.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 서로 다른 튜브다발내의 튜브는 서로다른 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열보일러.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브다발은 서로다른 튜브다발내의 서로다른 직경을 갖춘 서로다른 개수의 튜브를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열보일러.
