Abstract

본 발명은 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로의 가열장치와 보수 및 재포장방법에 관한 것으로 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로의 소파보수, 노면교정, 포장면 굴착 또는 재포장등을 할 때 아스팔트 콘크리트에 포함된 아스팔트를 균일하게 가열하고, 아스팔트의 품질을 저하시키지 않도록 마그네트론에서 발생되는 전자파를 이용하여 포장된 아스팔트 콘크리트를 가열하는 장치와 보수 및 재포장 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 아스팔트 콘크리트로 포장된 도로에서 아스팔트 콘크리트에 보수 및 재포장하는 방법에 있어서, 노후된 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로에 마그네트론에서 발생되는 전자파를 입사시켜 포장도로의 소요의 깊이까지 아스팔트 콘크리트를 가열하여 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로를 보수 및 재포장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로 보수 및 재포장 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아스팔트를 전자파로 가열한 다음 밀링(Milling) 또는 리믹스(Remixing) 작업을 실시하고, 로울러로 아스팔트 콘크리트를 다짐시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로 부수 및 재포장 방법.
  3. 마그네트론의 전극에 인가하는 전력을 발생시키는 발전장치와 바퀴를 움직이는 구동장치가 구비되는 동력장치부와, 동력장치부 전면에 붐대를 통하여 상, 하 이동이 가능하도록 접속되고, 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로의 소정면적에 대응되도록 구비되고 아스팔트 콘크리트에 전자파를 주사시키는 전자파발생부와, 동력장치부에 접속되고, 가열된 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로를 밀링(Milling) 또는 리믹스시키는 밀링 또는 리믹스 장치부가 구비되는 것을 포함하는 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로의 보수 및 재포장 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전자파발생부는 다수개의 마그네트론의 평판에 장착되고, 발전장치로부터 전력이 마그네트론의 전극에 인가되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로의 보수 및 재포장 장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 평판의 가장자리는 하부로 굴곡되고, 평판 상부에 덮개가 구비되고, 덮개의 소정부분에 붐대와 연결되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장도로의 보수 및 재포장장치.
