Abstract

본 발명은 일반식 R-O-CH2Cl(식중, R는 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 할로겐화알킬, 페닐, 치환페닐, 벤질 또는 치환벨질을 표시함)로 표시되는 알코올류에, 파라포름알데히드(CH2Om을 첨가, 염화수소를 불어넣으므로써 일반식 R-OCH2-OCH2Ll(식중, R는 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 할로겐화알킬, 페닐, 치환페닐, 벤질 또는 치환벤질을 표시함)로 표시되는 클로로메틸알킬에테르를 제조할 때 종래방법에 의한 불리한 수반현상을 해결하고, 회수한 클로로메틸알킬에테르의 순도를 향상시켜서 정제공정을 생략하고, 경제성을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.

  1. 일반식
    R-OH
    (식중, R는 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 할로겐화알킬, 페닐, 치환페닐, 벤질 또는 치환벤질을 표시함)로 표시되는 알코올류에 파라포름알데히드(CH2O)n를 첨가, 염화수소를 불어넣으므로써 일반식
    R-O-OCH2Cl
    (식중, R는 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 할로겐화알킬, 페닐, 치환페닐, 벤질 또는 치환벤질을 표시함)로 표시되는 클로로메틸알켈에테르를 제조할 때, 생성되는 반응부생성물인 일반식
    R-OCH2-OCH2Cl
    (식중, R는 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 할로겐화알킬, 페닐, 치환페닐, 벤질 또는 치환벤질을 표시함)로 표시되는 클로로메틸알콕시메틸에테르를 저농도로 억제하기 위해, 반응혼합물로부터 클로로메틸알킬에테르를 회수한 후, 또 염화수소의 불어넣기를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클로로메틸알킬에테르(R-O-CH2Cl)의 제조방법.
