Claims (2)
- 사이클로프로필 메틸그룹을 0-알킬화 방법으로 상응하는 4-하이드록시 피리미딘 또는 그의 알카리금속염의 산소에 결합시켜 피리미딘 핵의 4위치에 사이클로프로필 메톡시 그룹을 갖는 2-아미노-4-피리미디닐 에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 0-알킬화시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서두개의 R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1내지 18의 알킬, 탄소수 1내지 4의 알콕시 또는 2-테트라하이드로 푸릴에서 선택한 치환기 2개로 치환된 탄소수 1내지 18의 알킬, 탄소수 1내지 18의 알케닐, 불소, 염소 및 브롬에서 선택한 할로겐 2개로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 3내지 8의 사이클로 알킬 또는 탄소수 3내지 8의 사이클로알킬-탄소수 1내지 5의 알킬; 불소, 염소 및 브롬등의 할로겐그룹, 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬 및 탄소수 1내지 4의 알콕시에서 선택한 치환기 3개로 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐이고,R2는 수소, 탄소수 1내지 5의 알킬이거나R1및 R2는 모두 탄소수 4내지 6의 알킬렌 쇄이고,Y1및 Y2는 각각 수소이거나 불소, 염소, 또는 브롬에서 선택한 할로겐이고,R3,R4및 R5는 수소 또는 불소, 염소, 브롬에서 선택한 할로겐으로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1내지 5의 알킬이고,R6는 탄소수 1내지 5의 알킬이고,R7은 수소 또는 탄소수 1내지 5의 알킬이며,X는 반응조건하에서 치환될 수 있는 이탈그룹이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
